Kristina. That's so terrible. I know you have a good sports at keeping your chin up and do your best. MIL should have seen others who treat MIL bad not her. She took too many good grateful. Only time will tell that your life s going to get better evenutally. Not now. Hang in there

Damn, i would be very pissed off if someone did that to me. I would bawl her out if she pulled that on me.

My dad has done similar stuff in the past, and worse. I remember when I was 5 my room wasn't clean up to his high standards so he rounded up all of my toys into the back of his truck and took them to the dump, and he made me watch my toys go through the trash compactor. I was in tears.

After that I was afraid to even leave one toy out, when he walked into the room I would haphazardly shove everything into my toy bin and shut the lid. I think that's about the time I got into books, I learned he wouldn't throw out books.

I'm soooo hoping I get this apartment soon, and I'm hoping you get your own place again soon. It's just not easy being an adult child with a family of your own living with your parents.

Your dad was/is a sadistic SOB, and that's all there is to it. I will be SO, so glad for you when you get into your own place.

I think her biggest thing this week that made her so snippy about the house, she's sick again and now has an upper respiratory infection. Hubby has spilled something in the fridge and so I cleaned it up and when I get to cleaning the d=fridge, just a wipe-down will not do. I have to do the whole thing. Then she had the audacity to complain that I used the wrong cleaner and I was to use this stuff from Stanley Home Product that Fuller Brush now sells. I told her, I use vinegar and hot water due to my allergies. She was not happy and I told her to do it herself and she huffed and went into the other room saying that it was all right. She just likes to complain and have her way. I am one of the few people that can stand up to her, but it is so tiring.

Point her in the direction of the flylady.com website. She recommends vinegar and water and baking soda to clean just about everything.

That's how I clean my sink every day: sprinkle with baking soda, pour on a little white vinegar, watch the volcanoes erupt, wipe down. Finished, and it's beautiful!

Baking soda and white vinegar are my go-to cleaning supplies for probably 90% of how I clean. Exceptions are toilet-bowl cleaner and dish-washing soap, that's about it for other chemicals.
 
I learned this over the weekend.........

For these who thinks Dallas women are hot.... They're not really.

Sure, they might dress theirselves up in expensive clothes and a pound or two of make up but they don't even faze me the way boulder girls do.

Everything causal mostly. It's the attitude they carry that makes them even hotter.

If you find a woman who is dressed up for a party in NYC in boulder... you immediately know they're tourists.

Plus put the "most fittest city" into consideration and you know you got a lot of fit women here.
