To be free of "computer addiction"- just unplug.

So far, lunch out, grocery shopping, lumberyard, and now doing laundry with waiting for family members to converge.

Well - today was a slow day mostly. After a crappy evening with MIL and then a bad night on the couch trying to sleep, (legs hurting too bad, wanted hubby to get sleep so I took pity on him), I wanted a day just to vegetate at home. Got it mostly. Had a relaxing time this morning, cooking, making hubby's lunches for the week and doing Sudoku puzzles (35 of them), fixed lunch, scrubbed 2 litter boxes and got the cats fresh litter in one of them. Them, I took MIL to the bank to get papers from her safety deposit box in the hopes that they might have this identifying code we need for our septic tank application. If not, then she has 4 file boxes in a closet to check. Now, am back home and only thing left to do today, is remake my bed and fix dinner later.

Ah ok Sunny, I thought you had already brought the arborite home. If it is still there at the store, yes, they can charge you more ... bummer!

Secretblend, I love the sharp contrast of your office photos! Pic 1, boring cubicle. Pic 2, a total animation explosion! Strange they're both the same place.

This afternoon dropped my son to football, took my daughter shopping, and now we areall at the pool for swim team practice. A great day!

Seems tomorrow is going to be one heck of a day for me with driving and I got one of my usual Wednesday places taken off the list. I have to take hubby to a temp agency for a possible new job here in town, then after lunch, I have to take him out to the surveyor's office to pick up paperwork, bring it home for MIL to sign, then take it back to surveyor and he will then deliver it by hand, to the Health Department so we can get this construction underway. Then after getting back home, I get to make sure hubby has everything in my car so he can use it for his class he takes on Wednesday evenings. We are low on money and low on gas, so we're using my car tomorrow, he's driving his Explorer (no working gas gauge, but about 20 miles of gas in it) and then the Expedition on Friday both for work. He drove his mother's piece of crap car today.

KristinaB I hope you get a chance to take a breath tomorrow. I pray things get better, and less hectic for you guys :) )

Thanks!! This is all hopefully going to be for a huge benefit. It all thus works out, we will get to do our garage conversion and move out of MIL's house and into our own place next door.

I cut and hauled wood (small logs) fo' coupa hrs, tuhday. Im a lil tired.

I have been watchin' MLB playoffs. Rays eliminated. :laugh2:

I go backstore, pick new Arborite. Not nice as first pick. Oh well. $140 less.

Gawd!....some people simply c-a-n-n-o-t "shut-up"...friend came by today around 12:30...left at 7pm....my eyeballs were falling out. She's a nice person, really...but...there's not a moment of silence with her....I'm gonna "suggest" she have her own "Talk Show" next time she comes around.....

I went to work and ran the power washer for most of the day washing nest bottoms. I was covered in chicken poo needless to say. If you want to see the photo I took of myself, check out my Facebook profile. I'll post it here later.

It's later:

One of my coworkers is like that. Everyone surrounds her just nodding their heads off for like 20 to 30 mins. I just run away because I need to plan my lessons. lol
