The dog had no collar and no ID on it whatsoever. I even checked both ears for a possible tattoo, but nothing. I went to the nearest house thinking someone might be home, no luck there.

The dog had some major injuries, she went into shock almost instantly. I scooped her up and placed her in the back of my truck and covered her with an old towel. I didn't think she would make it, but I still wanted to try. She passed before I could get her to a vet. :(

Botti- Sorry to hear about your FIL's diagnosis.

Dixie- Sorry to hear about the dog. At least the dog didn't die alone.

Shel90- Sorry to hear about your ex causing a lot of stress. I hope he'll trip himself up sooner or later.
 
helped an old lady to load eight half-dozen of large bottled water, i insisted then I left, as she couldnt do this on her own, helped a rought looking guy (looks mean) but he was looking for a coffee on the bottom left as on special I told him get this Oh no granules, here around the corner "he goes ah thats' what i wanted!" he was grateful. and a grumpy old man (deaf) i gave him some of the French Chicken that i cooked the other day...just doing some random kindness, i do it for kicks because the worlds is too full of selfish people, give them examples goes a long way, i felt good.
 
I lazily looked over some Vegan cookbooks from the library and took notes. Made a trip to Whole Foods and Walmart. Fixed lunch and then took MIL to the lab and the doctor. Back home now and still belching lunch. Guess I rushed through it too much.
 
Been at work all day suffering through a nasty head cold. Texting my sister. No work to be done though so the day is draaaaaaaaaaaaagging.
 
I worked, watched some news, heard the two new singles to be released in September and October by Darren Hayes. :D
 
Worked, took my son to his first soccier practice, cleaned up both yards free from any loose debris, and now relaxing. Gotta work tmw from 7 to 3 so I am hoping I wont get stuck at work past 3. I hope to get home before Irene hits us.
 
How did your kid like soccer?

I made bread. Ran errands. Did lots of laundry. Nothing exciting.

He seemed to like it a lot. However, we was distracted by the dark storm cloud bands rolling in. lol

Well, he will be able to tell other people when he gets older that he played soccer with a hurricane bearing down on his city, LOL. Everyone will think he's tough then! :giggle:

I am pretty long time on my meory my mom because hard to emotion my family! I am worried on my mom it is very easy scared, I dont' want to lose on my family!

Don't worry. Your family loves you. Remember that and always always tell them you love them. Talk with them, take time, and it becomes more easy, problems go away if be patient.
 
I cut some wood,today. It was a lot of fun. :) Of course, I watched my Indians won tonite. Welcome back, Thome. :rockon:
 
It's 8 am, back to bed !! Been up since 3 am. Drat this insomnia. Played online, took a bath, fed the cat, gave her insulin shot, and now I can't find anything else to do. So back to bed it is. God, I hope I get some sleep.
