I was out walking for my exercise when he texted me with nasty accusations and we ended up fighting for like 3 hours. before, I ignored them but I got tired of him ruining my peaceful moments or good times. He has done that so many times during my trip to Phx and Las vegas so I really cussed him out and then it ends up that he will take me to court for making my daughter feel bad about herself while she is here. Just fucking wonderful.
he can do that? I mean... there's such a thing like that where a parent can whine to judge that other parent is being meanie???

I thought my daughter and I had a great summer and we bonded then he tells me that she complained to him about how bad we made her feel and how much she hates coming here. I told him that we never said any of the stuff that he has accused me and my hubby of and that it was none of his business about what went on in our home. Then it turned to about us abusing her emotionally and that he will take us to court for that.

God, I just cant hate someone more than I hate him.

just a thought - why not just "lol" at his trolling txts? why is there a need to defend yourself or to engage in argument that resolves nothing?

My roommate left his netflix account open on my computer today. He rents just about every violent movie imaginable - soooooo .... I changed that :giggle:

He is going to be getting "Where the Wild Things Are" "The Princess Bride" "Finding Nemo" "Shrek" "Toy Story 3" "Paul"

any other suggestions?

You should throw in a few musicals too... Singing in the rain, My Fair Lady, Oliver Twist... Maybe throw in Gone with the Wind. :laugh2:

You can try movies from this site.

My vote chick flicks! Pretty Woman, Breakfast at Tiffanys, roman holiday, Bridget jones diary, Casablanca...

Moved my indoor art supplies back out to the living room. They got moved for the company that never came until a week later. Noticed that hubby stepped on some and bent the tin with my good colored pencils. Luckily, nothing is broken or ripped. Then I sat and laid around reading a tearjerker of a book.

Moved deck furniture into shed while daughter was home to help.
Will move the smaller stuff tomorrow night or Sat plus clear out as much as I can from the car port.
Asked my landlord if he would try to get the tree guys out here earlier than planned to at least take down the two broken branches. He's checking with them.
Also did my weekend shopping early.

At work today I decide I will go in back of building and clean up all crap back there. I fill two dumpsters with garbage, include 12 wood palettes and much cardboard.

Edit to add I'm so tired now I won't do much else for rest of week.

Had a crappy day from the get-go.

1. Ran over a dog on the way to work, I tried to avoid it but no luck. I pulled over and it was still alive so I called my friend who's a vet, she was out of town and the nearest vet is 45 mins away. Needless to say the dog didn't make it. I laid her to rest on the hill overlooking the pond. I feel like crap for hitting the dog.

2. I found a three-legged mouse at the chicken house, thought he was kinda cute so I coaxed him into a pringles can but he died before I could get home, I'm thinking he had already been into the rat poison so he croaked. My plan was to release him into the hayfield at the bottom of the hill. I couldn't stand the thought of killing a handicapped mouse. Just didn't seem right.

I'm having bad luck with animals today. :(

Sorry about your bad day, but curious, are the wild dogs in Arkansas? Why not contact the dog's owner?

We received a sympathy card from the place our dog was cremated.

Just tired and frustrated...it is 10 years of this shit. So, I had flashbacks. It is not easy to let go. I am working on it.

That's awful. It's hard to wait out the years until your daughter is grown up.

Sorry Botts and Dixie. Hope everything gets better.

I had a ok day...was tired from not sleeping good last night due to disturbing dreams. Always get them whenever I feel conflicted inside. At least, I got a lot of work in my classroom done.

shel,

Gosh. he's so selfish for ruining your moment to increase his ego. Im sorry. I am sure something with the restraining order on texting for his whining remarks.

My lawyer said if there is proof of any threats of bodily harm or murder, I can get one but other than that, it is not the courts' problem.
