:lol: Letting the hair grow too. It's the longest it has been since I was a teen. Gotta do it right.

Now this I've got to see! A Texan with long hair, surfing? WTF? Your friends in Texas are going to think you've suffered some severe hypothermia in that cold water, :lol:
 
Anyway, I spent the day with my friend and we went to city for lunch, and she did some shopping. I bought some more US money.

Really good to catch up with a friend like her.

Heavy lifting session at 5am and just got through punching someone in the face for 9 minutes. Hurt a knuckle. Now off to check progress on the house where demo should be completed today and then off to beach. Very sunny start today!

Have fun at the beach. How far away it is from where you live?


I just went through my and my son's clothes. Put my winter clothes away, put the clothes that are now to big for me in a bag to give to my good friend, and put the clothes that are too small for my son to sell.

House is on the bay sea wall. But that is just for walks. Half moon bay is 20 miles..... That is where we surf.

Headed there now. Demo on house is complete!
 
Last night: I went to do Easter Shopping for my son, and got pretty good deals. And after I got home, I did Easter Eggs dying with my Son.... he has greatly enjoyed it as I did as well.

Today: During the day, we are just hanging around the house, will clean the house as well. Well, we are going to have early Easter celebration tonight after I get home from the practice of Dragon Boat. After Dinner tonight, Tristan (my son) will hunt eggs around the house and open basket gifts. The reason why we are having early Easter today is because he's going to his Dad's for the weekend so I won't have him on real Easter. :(
 
Worked this morning. Took the afternoon off and relaxing at home. Been a crazy busy week so an afternoon off is well appreciated! Took the cat to the vet this morning, she's still not feeling well so she's staying there for the day for observation and testing. I will go back later this afternoon to pick her up. Poor kitty. :(
 
I woke up this morning to take my car for brake service. I did errands with dad bec he picked me up at the dealer while they work on my car. Picked the car up and did some shopping :D
 
I went to doctor for checkup this afternoon. Hubby & I spoke with a contractor this morning about the garage. (I don't like the guy).

Doctor was pleased for the most part and was surprised I was as healthy as I am. He says that my edema is due to my neuropathy and nothing will get rid of it. He is referring me to a neurologist and a rheumatologist (sp?) for the neuropathy and fibromyalgia. He says my heart is strong and is having my blood work checked out. He is surprised that I am as healthy and "with it" as I am considering my home situation with both mother and MIL.
 
Unpacked & unpacked...still got 2 more rooms to go. I smell like Ben Gay, due to a back ache...took time to get out on the water today! MY doggie just loves it and has adjusted to the move "excellent".....just love it here...only a few wine glasses got broke (so far)...the move was real smooth but tiring!...Hoping to be able to have an Easter cookout Sunday by the river.
 
Just came back from my son's first baseball game. I didnt enjoy it because my allergies were on the rampage even taking meds. I am so miserable from all of these symptoms. :(

Allergies suck! I would think they would be really bad in your area during spring too. I am adjusting to California vegetation.....in TX spring and fall killed me. In spring I would sneeze and in fall I would want to claw my eyes out
 
WORK. And frankly I'm ready for a freaking break!
 
Today is Good Friday.

So I stayed home and slept in. Watched DVD and hanging out online. Nothing exciting.

Wondering if I'll abstain from eating meat today. It's a Catholic tradition not to eat meat on Good Friday.
