Thinking about everybody on AllDeaf. I hope everyone is well.

Thinking it was interesting experience flying through the lightning on my 2nd leg trip and was surprised they allowed planes to land in Houston. The bags had to stay in the plane until the storm clears which could be hours.. so that means we have to go back to the airport today to pick up my bags.

A bit of inconvenience due to the weather but at least I'm safe in one piece.

The people exit via the jetway. The luggage is taken out by people on the ground. A safety issue, of course, for those people.

And the luggage would get very wet in a major storm. Minor in comparison to the safety of the workers but a factor.
