This reminded me that when I was in grade school one of the smallest gals in my class started French Horn which is also far from small. She picked it because the it was one of the instruments the school district would provide. She liked it so well that she played it all her life including paid as a sideline to her full time job teaching Latin in high schools.
 
I am loving this new product by Neumi called Swish and the skin spray. I am on day 15 it’s still new to me to expect rapid results. Swish is a 30 second you can swallow or spit out. I swallow to increase energy, good for the immune system.
