i change it up depending where i am...

im a cofee junkie so most all cofee ill drink when i need the fix...
out in a rush it can be mccds, or starbucks, which i was a heavy addict with for years, sucked but i had a starbucks on the first floor of my condo...so there was no hope for me....to kick it..i just would go down in my bathrobe and rabbit slippers and all that..my brew all ready and waiting, the baristas i assimilated into Sign, so they signed with me...
alas risetsance is futile i sigend to them

at home, i love espresso as all italiano do. lavazza is good
i also have had some badass blue mountain cofee before too. pricy...very pricey


do you know about the elephant shit cofee making waves through the industry?

they feed the cofee beans first to an elephant, but the elephants system doesn't break the beans down so they absorb the flavor of what ever the elephant is being fed, then the elephant shits the beans out, and they are collected and sold as high end very expensive coffee..

I have heard of the monkey dung coffee beans, but not elephant. I usually brew at home with Flogers Columbian. You should try Dunkin Donuts coffee if in your area, cheaper and fairly good.
 
elephant dung cofee is better as the beans absorb more flavors in the elephant stomach and intestines then they do with primates...

how...ever...we discovered this is anybodies guess...
who knows the thought processes of the first man who took a hand full of elephant shit and brewed it for a fine cup....

My carpet smells so fresh and clean...carpet tech did a great job...and this glass of sweet Tea hit the spot after a short nap. Got to move some furniture back in shortly, the carpet is about dry.
 
thinking about the news I read of Bill Cosby...said he was blind and homebound....makes me wonder as I couldn't affirm this with snopes.com....So...if he's actually blind and 78 years old...he'll more than likely just stay home and won't see a day in Court....or prison.
 
No idea- first I've heard of him and his eye condition which appear to be degenerative keratoconus. Trawling through google I found one "article" (if you want to call it that) from 2011 that made note of it. More recently in December 2015, his lawyer said he was legally blind (giant umbrella term...) but now seems like he is totally blind now.. hard to confirm it.

Hmm that is a more acceptable gym time... then I can say I made it to the gym on Wednesday and not twice on Thursday. ... that makes me feel like a gym nut lol

Yes, I am... but "borrowing" your time zone makes me feel less like a gym nut lol say if I wrote 11:30 central time for journal ... then I am not really lying ... well okay I would be lying to myself ... hmm not good pattern to start having lol

I know some people live in Oxford, have to commute to Atlanta for work so they have to use eastern time zone most of time, and central time zone for all others.
