That is how old I was when I had a ovarian tumor removed ,.
The doctor was able to save one of my ovary . My was not cancerous

They have me on a Lupron shot right now to try to shrink the tumors a bit to make the surgery easier, so I'm not scheduled for surgery until November. Right before Thanksgiving. Ugh.

Sorry to hear of your health problems. I hope it's benign and you have a really fast recovery.

No , I will try to post a comment and it won't work , I get a message saying "alldeaf is not responding" or something like that. I use 2 more forums and have no trouble with them.

Have you tried closing AD, then logging back in?

I had rebooted my computer and trying logging back on and still had trouble . I don't sign off when I am done , do you think that would help?

hysterectomy was nowhere as bad as I thought would be,i was up and about next day home after 4days..i had tumours on overies had to wait see if malignant thankfully they benign..i also 44 when had it...Don't seem right keep you waiting in my case had a scan and operation within few days

I did have 2 ultrasounds and an MRI. They are keeping me waiting only to have me on the meds to try to shrink the tumors a little to make the hysterectomy a little easier on me.
 
And thank you, Botts and Tousi. We got some lovely flowers last week from family that cheered me right up. Lilies, my favorite!

That is too bad , right before the holiday maybe you could have an early Thanksgiving . I hope the surgery goes well.
 
Hey Alley, seems so many people are having health issues right now. I really hope you feel better soon. Praying this will be your last surgery and you can put all of this behind you. Your a strong lady and I know you can get through this.
 
two random thoughts pond plants and walls the reason thinking of walls I was looking one opposite and it 150yrs old which got me thinking about other walls in my area we don't get stone like that or workmanship so good these days..They all got preservation order on..The pond plants that bc just had pond put in

Saw a dead cicada today. Got me thinking the next emergence should be coming soon in our area. Did a quick search and it looks like 2021 will the next one, though there could be stragglers like the one I saw today. I can remember where I was working when we had the last one (~2004).

Thinking how crazy it is to spend three hours at the salon getting my hair highlighted. I have so much hair, takes forever. Can't wear my CI during that time, feel like I was put on a time out since I couldn't talk to anyone. It has been a very long day so I hope that means I will sleep like a baby.

I hope everything turns out well. You really are too young for that type of thing. Just take it one day at a time and it'll be over before you know it. :hug:
