Really? that is such a vulnerable place for an injury, and really tender. Hope it feels better soon.

I'm pleased with the healing of my foot, so far much quicker than I anticipated. I'm just back from a short walk, and I'm not ready to get the sneaker off right away.
 
Can't find the "who are you thinking about thread" (using search), so will say here who I'm thinking about.

Haven't seen Frisky or Shel in quite a while.

Alldeaf has not been responding and I just had trouble trying to read a thread . Computers can be a pain a butt to me.

We (hubby and I) learned about a week ago that I have two ovarian tumors. It's unknown right now as to whether they're benign or malignant, but this has been an ongoing problem and I will be having a hysterectomy. Not what I would have liked, but I've been dealing with this since my 20's. Currently these two tumors are 2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. I've already had 5 surgeries for this stuff over the years. Sigh.

are you prepared say your age..i had the same when in my 40's glad to get rid of it...I felt like my body was just wrong like poisen in me..My surgon was mysoginist pig said cope without hrt but not so after week having flushes so I went on HRT never looked back...IF you want ask any questions I help if I can pm me

I'm 44. So a little on the young side for a hysterectomy. I've gone through a variety of meds. So far I seem to be doing ok with that - I was actually on a different med about 5 years ago and that was hell - HOT FLASHES! So far so good with this one that I'm taking now. Just to get ready for the hysterectomy.

Surgery does sound like the best choice, wishing you all the best with that!

I'm sorry for this difficult time that you're experiencing. I hope all goes well for your surgery. I hope it will be your final surgery, without complications, and that the tumors are benign.

do you mean the icons yes I am..and post don't always go up even though more than 10seconds..
Did you download 10 that may be causing problems
 
Thank you, LB, Annie and Reba.

They have me on a Lupron shot right now to try to shrink the tumors a bit to make the surgery easier, so I'm not scheduled for surgery until November. Right before Thanksgiving. Ugh.

hysterectomy was nowhere as bad as I thought would be,i was up and about next day home after 4days..i had tumours on overies had to wait see if malignant thankfully they benign..i also 44 when had it...Don't seem right keep you waiting in my case had a scan and operation within few days
