You know how I am. I'm too nice. I'd do anything for my friends. Except for you maybe.

then why are you bitching about it? :dunno2:

Wirelessly posted

I am thinking next Sat, my zumba teacher asked me to do one song dance routine in her class. I am very excited and nervous at the same time. Zumba!

Am I not free to rant?

no. I don't rant like this when it comes to helping out friends because they don't put me in such shitty position and I know for sure that they would compensate me or return a favor that will be of use for me.

since when helping out a friend is bothersome?

It's actually not bothersome. I love helping, it's just when they start getting nitpicky and takes weeks to decide if the work is good enough and meets their approval when it starts to annoy me. I'm asking for some sort of compensation now for that particular project since I finally completed it for good.

that's my point - it's becoming a bothersome to you now. your friend and you should know better.

I am TRYING not to be nitpicky here... But, is it normal business practice to agree on a compensation prior to a project?

And it's not a normal business practice. This is for a friend. My friend will compensate me now for all the minimal details he made me work on that was not significant at all. Like adjusting the rug and filling in the white seam on the ceiling.

ThinkingThinkin that one of the clients us a major pain in the ass

I'm thinking I really miss the old rubber tree, but it was killing the grass.

c'mon.... do you have to make us ask you a question?

if you stole a mailbox here its a federal offense. lol

so they stole all that and put it there?
I know that - the boys are still here, I told my brother YOU deal with it. Not my problem.
My brother was asleep when all shit got real, it was only three of his friends awake until 5am. By the looks of it, they were very drunk, went on a stealing spree, stole these stuff and came back here and left the items they stole in the courtyard. :|
