Ugh... Thinking Sony is a dirty tease. They sent me a handful of email estimating that my new laptop's "estimated ship date" would be 3 days ago. Yesterday I got a tracking number... which I got home and found out was just for one of the accessories, rather than the laptop itself.

So now I have no clue if I'm going to get it today or if I'll have to wait for it sometime next week :(

Today is a beautiful day...

Do do? No idea. Stay in my dungeon some more? I keep getting freelance work piled on. I really should start charging.

and yes it is indeed a beautiful day... which is making my work more productive :)

I suck at camera especially with exposure stuff and it's actually brighter than this pix.

this is why I love working at home with a full view of bright sun beaming in. I can never live in a house with no sun view and I can never live in a home where it would feel like a dungeon to me. it's too depressing.

Because they're my friends and I have no idea how they know each other. Completely random people. Apparently they've been conspiring to pile a shitload of work on me just to keep me busy.

Hard to charge your best buddy. Still nice to have a compensation of some kind. Maybe I'll ask for a drink or two.

I have blue sky outside my dungeon windows. At least I can see...! Maybe I'll sneak out later to go to a park or play tennis.

Hudson River. and New York City is what you're looking at. too bad WTC's gone.

I will be moving out soon... It's about 15-20 min away on right side, further in.

if they're your friends - then they wouldn't take advantage of you like this. That's why I don't do "friend favors" (just a couple though) because they know enough that there's no such thing as free bread. and you know they wouldn't like it if friend did same thing to them.

this week - I hadn't been out for 4 days straight. that's the kind of place you should live in.
