I am thinking hubby is nuts. There were plans again about moving to TX due to a possible job there. Since found out, the job is not available. Just today, hubby got some info about another job that will pay better, but he wanted to check with the company itself and not just the delivery driver. Well, turns out the delivery driver is in management and had to drive since they can't find competent long haul drivers that will stay on with the company. When hubby contacted the company, they are looking for specific people for 32 positions. He mentioned that he had 15 years in manufacturing of automotive and air conditioning parts. They said that was mostly what they were looking for, but that not many people would work where they are at due to the winter weather. He asked them, "Are you in Canada or something like that?" The lady laughed and said no, they were in NE Ohio. Have to think about that, but it would get us away from MIL.

Now, what is Ohio like? Mother lived there for a long time, but not since before I was born.

Just like Iowa except a little further east. It is cold in the winter. It is colder than Missouri.

I think as of the last few days, anybody could move to anywhere in the US and not be as cold as Minnesota, so I dare say Ohio is safe!!! Smile. I drove through Ohio before but that's really all I can say on that subject . . .

Ah, but how I long to live in International Falls in the summer!
 
Just found out it will be fifteen below zero here next Monday. I don't mind cold, but that is a bit much. :|

I have visited cincinnati for two days. I met the awesome deaf gal. We had meeting at work then and she invited me to meet her family and her local hometown. I thought the atmosphere area is very interesting. I think I can adjust to this SO country where she lives 30 mins outside of cincinnati. So i had long adjusted to living here that is so up state. so Unless you do not mind at changing for a good. yes the weather is colder than where you now are. haha
