Good luck Reba!

sorry if I missed this but what are you studying or getting a degree in?
Mania is only bad for the persons bank account and potentially STD's really... Mania is the least worry of bipolar to have. You become productive. Sure, you can be a little too frivolous with your bank account and a little too promiscuous but that's not everyone... All in all mania is the least terrible part of bipolar. :P It's the depression or anger that is the terrible part of it. I'd kill to be in a constant state of mania are you kidding me! You sleep like two hours a day and feel like you slept 10, can work for like 20 hours and feel GREAT about it, talk forever with someone about crap you'd slap them for on any other day and go home and STILL clean your house with a toothbrush and smile while you do it! In all seriousness though, mania is the least bad part of bipolar... it's just like being in an unusually good mood essentially. It can have sooooome consequences... but nothing like the other parts of bipolar...
Ooo.Associates degree in Information Systems Technology.
Ooo.
Where through?
I am considering something like this (AA or BA or.. something) as a large portion of jobs (as a QA Tester) are now asking for a BA degree in Computer Engineering/Science or similar)... My degree is in something else and back when I first started doing testing many didn't even have the requirement of a degree (all I have is a diploma from a business school)- they were more interested in finding bodies for the Y2K deal.
Only thing stopping me right now is money. That and the math/economics courses...those frighten me lol.
my son and grandson driving down the road and nearly cut up another car and surprize was the Queen in the other car...thinking whats odds on that happening to anyone
in most cases - the BA degree requirement is always overlooked or waived if you have sufficient amount of experiences.
