Illegals are breaking the law just by being here.......that is the point.

Citizens break any laws too, what is your point?

Not really, hence the term "illegal".

You are obviously twist my post and you don't understand rest of my posts.

I'm talking about undocumented immigrants, not all of them are criminal other than immigration status.

If you don't understand again then forget it AND let agree to disagree.

If they aren't illegal, why are they called illegal immigrants? It is illegal for anybody to cross any borders without proper identifications and permission. If one were to cross a border without the things I stated above, they are ILLEGAL therefore they are criminals.

I disagree with you.

I disagree with you and that's your opinion. ;)

Immigration is always controversial, no doubt.

No, that's not fact and your post is just opinion.

No it is not an opinion. It is illegal to cross our borders without permission. People who do so have broken the law. It doesn't matter if you feel sorry for them....these are still facts. Feeling sorry for them....THAT is an opinion.

No, that's still opinion and you are just quibbling too much.

You really can't blame illegal aliens for breaking federal, state and local laws. They do this in hopes of a better life, as their countries have failed at providing the most basic needs for their people. The problem for Americans is they pay for services of those staying illegally. Our insurance premiums have gone up and medical costs have increased. Jobs are taken. Law enforcement agencies are burdened with fighting drug and human trafficking, all at cost to American taxpayers. Our court systems are clogged with cases related to illegal aliens. Schools are burdened with teaching non English speaking illegal aliens all at cost to American taxpayers. I could go on, the list is endless.

The heart of these issues lies within the borders of these illegal aliens country. America is the land of the free and as such none will stop coming here illegally. The solution is not simple, as these illegal aliens can never expect their home countries to change. You see, there is hope, but only in America.

Not quibbling at all. Just trying to help you understand that laws are factual.

Now, this thread is filled with stupid attack about fact vs. opinion.

I posted #4 - that what I was experience when I met some students that their parent were illegal immigrants and other one about my best friend about how much is difficult to immigrate in US due to his cousin for many years. I don't expect anyone is going to disagree and start attacking against me. That lead me to defend my statement as possible.

Now, you threw me into frivolous argument about fact vs. opinion.

Exactly, that what I was trying to say.

No one attacked you and no one threw you into an argument. We are merely trying to help you understand that these laws exist and that it is not a matter of opinion. No one is arguing with you. They are trying to help you.

Denial at it's best.

I am not against any race or the fact they want to come to the country for a better life. This is about foxrac thinking that it is not a crime to cross the border without proper paperwork. I would be an illegal/criminal if I tried to cross the Mexico border myself.
