First paragraph, yes, enter USA illegally is violation of immigration law.

My point is not all undocumented immigrants are criminal OTHER THAN IMMIGRATION STATUS and they want to get better job that they found none in their country.

I have disagree with your vocabulary and I met students that come from parent who are undocumented immigrants so they prefer to call undocumented immigrants rather than illegal immigrants or illegal aliens.

Of course they prefer that......they don't like to be reminded that they broke the law. I'm sure many murderers don't like being called murderers either.

So just let everyone in without any kind of legal process? Get rid of our national borders? Is that your solution?

No, I just want make process so more easier and fair to fill the maximum quotas based on job availability and economic condition.

I will not happy if I have any relatives from other countries and unable to immigrate to US, despite about follow all instruction since US only pick random people.

Other problem with workplaces - need to be addressed.

Well, I disagree with you, however you rather to make tough at them.

I don't blame on undocumented immigrants, non-criminal than just their immigration status because there are a lot of problem with our law. Why are you and other voters don't find a right lawmakers to fix the flaws in immigration law in few decades ago?

There is no flaw.....just a lack of enforcement.

Immigrants and murderers are not same at all, even not closer.

It is possible to have murderer who is undocumented immigrants.

Yup, that's right.

There are many people, even citizens broke the law, especially speeders, professional theft, reckless driving, racing on road, drive without driver license, forgery, etc.

And they are punished for those crimes when caught.

I disagree with you and our immigration law has a lot of flaws.

Lack of enforcement - sure but in some cases, immigration court grants undocumented immigrants to asylum or family reason.

And they are punished for those crimes when caught.

Not always, not all lawbreakers got punished and there are some speeders never punished for break the speed law.

Undocumented immigrants already know about risk - deportation.

US is extremely difficult place to immigrate, that why many people prefer to enter illegally rather wait for years, years, years to receive a visa to immigrate. If you want to live in US so you need visa to enter or you will marked as enter unlawfully.

You support radical immigration reform, that's extreme right wing solution and there are a lot of progressive/moderates will reject. Only solution is WORK BIPARTISANSHIP TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH APPROPRIATE METHOD, not radical (extreme) solution.

I'm disagree with you about undocumented immigrants are too lazy to get documents, however biggest problem is flaws in our law.

It's really difficult to become rich, that is why many people rob banks and traffic drugs. By this logic, those crimes are ok because it's hard to be rich otherwise.

USA is very selective when come to choose immigrants to be admitted, that's not fair to all people who wants to enter and live in.

It's perfectly fair. It is a privilege to immigrate into the US, not a right. Besides if you want to see tough immigration requirements, look no further than Mexico. It is very difficult to legally immigrate there.

The punishment for rob the banks and traffic drugs are much harsher than enter country illegally, unless undocumented immigrants break secondary laws.

Blame on our society - poor vs. rich.

Didn't say they were, except for the fact that both break the law and that both probably don't like. Being reminded of it.

That's your view about perfectly fair but under my view, it isn't fair at all.

Sure about USA and Mexico, they are hypocritical.

They got different consequences.

You totally missed the point. The fact is, difficulties are not a justification for breaking laws.
