Of course they prefer that......they don't like to be reminded that they broke the law. I'm sure many murderers don't like being called murderers either.

No, I just want make process so more easier and fair to fill the maximum quotas based on job availability and economic condition.

I will not happy if I have any relatives from other countries and unable to immigrate to US, despite about follow all instruction since US only pick random people.

Other problem with workplaces - need to be addressed.

Immigrants and murderers are not same at all, even not closer.

It is possible to have murderer who is undocumented immigrants.

I disagree with you and our immigration law has a lot of flaws.

Lack of enforcement - sure but in some cases, immigration court grants undocumented immigrants to asylum or family reason.

Not always, not all lawbreakers got punished and there are some speeders never punished for break the speed law.

Undocumented immigrants already know about risk - deportation.

It's really difficult to become rich, that is why many people rob banks and traffic drugs. By this logic, those crimes are ok because it's hard to be rich otherwise.

It's perfectly fair. It is a privilege to immigrate into the US, not a right. Besides if you want to see tough immigration requirements, look no further than Mexico. It is very difficult to legally immigrate there.

The punishment for rob the banks and traffic drugs are much harsher than enter country illegally, unless undocumented immigrants break secondary laws.

Blame on our society - poor vs. rich.

Sure about USA and Mexico, they are hypocritical.
