It's better to learn ASL. SEE is more of a tool used for little elementary school kids in some places and is slower than ASL.

Yep, I agree.
You wish.
ASL is a lot slower, even shel said it took her 5 years to learn it.
I learn all the signs before I was 3 years old, thanks to SEE. I didn't know how to put it in sentences yet, but I would sign the words I really wanna say. I didn't know of ASL until I was 5 years old and I ignored it until I went to deaf camp and learned it in a week.
I think learning SEE is more accurate in signs than sentence, because in ASL, there's one word with 4 different signs. Crazy.
Go, SEE, Go and dominate ASL.
Learning Spanish and other languages takes about 5 years to learn.
SEE is not a language by itself.
I studied Linguistics for 2 years...I know what I am talking about.
So, SEE is much easier to learn and faster. You said it yourself,
"SEE isn't a language, and learning other languages takes about 5 years to learn."
Looks like I win.
SEE dominated and made you all its slave.
ouch. that's gonna leave a mark.
because it's a common knowledge that it does take longer for adult to learn a new language. young kids these day just absorb anything so fast....ASL is a lot slower, even shel said it took her 5 years to learn it.
there are multiple words for same thing. Is that crazy too?I think learning SEE is more accurate in signs than sentence, because in ASL, there's one word with 4 different signs. Crazy.

Yeah, I guess you're right. But all this arguing has made me hungry, I think I'm gonna go have a sub. Or a hoagie. Or a grinder. Or maybe just a sandwich... Yeah, I haven't decided which one yet, but definitely one of those.
SEE is much easier to learn and faster.
I'm confused. How can SEE be "easier" to learn when it contains the signs of ASL plus the artificial signs adding intitialization and word endings?
Because it's English.
So English is easier to learn than ASL?
For those who are trying to learn ASL.
Not as their first primary language, but to learn teh signs.
To understand the signs better than understanding what ASL is, does, and shows.
But SEE uses ASL signs, plus several artificial added English based signs. Your logic makes no sense.
