Let's look at what a second-degree murder looks like under Florida law defined as:

And compare to what Dersh said and how there’s nothing to suggests there's probable cause to believe Zimmerman had a “depraved mind regardless of human life” when he shot Martin. So far, what has transpired based on available facts show them to be consistent with self-defense.

Perhaps what it may end up is that the 2nd degree murder charge won't fly.

I can see how you would take the approach that people other than you should "use" their backbone (rather than grow some balls) seeing as how you have already decided Zimmerman is guilty and a threat to society. You have pre determined his guilt before the trial. You are part of a Lynch mob.

Meanwhile, we wait until we can see all of the evidence before passing judgement.

She is the one and only one who has the right to pre-determine Zimmerman is guilty, it is her job. Justice demands the rest of us, all of us, wait to hear her evidence. Too bad some don't believe in justice and wait.

The relay operator did not issue any orders, and, in fact, has no authority to do so anyway.

The operator only said, "We don't need you to do that." And Zimmerman's response was, "Okay."

I already read numerous different news and Jiro's post.

Let me make clear.

George Zimmerman chose to ignore 911 dispatcher by following Trayvon Martin so Trayvon Martin became fear until George Zimmerman confronted Trayvon Martin, that leading Trayvon Martin to attack him as in self defense, eventually George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin to dead.

If you don't understand so I'm not going respect your correction because it is already on news and they explains about what happen. Go read news whatever you want instead bait on me.

News don't have evidences. Only law enforcements do but they won't tell the news about them. That's what Corey just said. What's more, that's what our courts are for. News are media, not justice dept. Nevertheless you can believe anything news say if you want.

If jury finds George Zimmerman is guilty for second degree murder so it is over and he will not admit it, unless it is extreme case.

Disagrees with what? The constitutional concept of "innocent until proven guilty?" I don't think so. Even the prosecutor has to follow the law.

The prosecutor believes that she has enough evidence to prove her case. However, the defendant is innocent until (and if) proven guilty. That doesn't change.

A prosecutor can't say, "He is guilty of murder in the second degree." The prosecutor can say, "We have the evidence to convict the defendant of murder in the second degree."

However, if, as he said, he was heading back to his car when Martin hit him, then Zimmerman was NOT standing his ground but was actually retreating. :hmm:

I don't think she was implying that the alibi defense would be used in the Zimmerman case. She was just using that as a general example of how unexpected things can pop up during a trial.
