that's what he's being charged with. perhaps you should be asking Prosecutor Angela Corey if she knows the definition of 2nd-degree murder

Apparently she didn't even know the definition of affirmative defense.
Stand your ground law doesn't apply to Martin's case.

Pretty funny that the greatness of Angela Corey claimed "alibi" was an affirmative defense in her speech today.... She must have missed a day or 2 in law school

oh yea I saw your earlier post about that -
I'm not exactly quite sure what you're saying. Care to elaborate?
Who said it did?
What are you unclear about?
It ALREADY on news and no excuse if you are missed because you are very active member in thread that discuss about Martin's case.

Angela Corey knows more about situation with crime than you do.
right. based on evidence I've seen to this date, I agree but let us wait and see what the jury decides after all facts that was withheld by prosecutor have been shown to them.
Again, who said it DID?

what you just said above. please do elaborate more on what you just said with more than 1 sentence.
alibi? what alibi? and where did she claim it? I read her speech and I don't see anything relating to it.
>> i speak for angela corey. this is the decision we came to based on our review of the facts and evidence. i'm not sure they were through with the entire investigation at the point where mr. wolfinger excused himself from the case. we have to have -- there are pneumonia rus affirmative defense that's can be asserted before the arrest, immediately after the arrest, during the trial. we have had them come up in the middle of trial. my fellow prosecutors that his here we have all faced this before. alibi is an affirmative defense , sometimes that's put on us in the middle of a trial. it makes a prosecution more difficult. we do everything in our power to take the facts we have and prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt .
You...
Where?
This thread and other old thread that got locked up.
Your post indeed that you are pro-Zimmerman and you talked about defense.
Look at your post and it is over your post.

well.... first of all - she didn't exactly said that. and secondly.. the transcript in the link you provided seems garbled and confusing so it's possible that it was transcribed incorrectly. i guess that might explains why you misunderstood.
