The blue didn't stop at the southern part of Maryland...it went all the way up to the MD/PA line. There was a more of a western shift of the storm which gave us a surprise snow event overnight.
 
Almost an inch of snow here. Could paralyze the city for days…

Seriously, won't be surprised if school is closed again tomorrow. Still good conditions for ice.
 
A little bit of good news..... today is not as cold as it was before.... today is supposed to be in the 20's, and this Friday is supposed to be near 30.

The funny thing is all the doctors laugh at me at work because everyone can read my prescriptions and orders... :laugh2: most of the time you can't make out anything doctors write! :P Breaking the stereotype, one letter at a time. :D

OMG so, so true. I spent 20 years reading and filling scripts. Some doctors have terrible writing. It does create a lot of extra work for pharmacies. Now most doctors send scripts in via online so things are more accurate for both patient and pharmacy.

Hey Mew, when the show-Who Wants to be a Millionaire first came on the $250,000 question was..."what does BID mean on a written prescription" I felt so smart. I couldn't answer many questions below it though.:laugh2:
 
BID Means twice a day on a prescription. :P So much easier than hand-writing that crap on like every medication out there... :P I have never seen many medical questions on that show, though I'd love to be on one! ( Wants 250k handed to her ) :laugh2:
 
Yes, nearly everything is done via computer these days. Too many jerks forging prescriptions. Much harder these days, though I do have to hand-write certain ones that are dispensed. They all love me because it's very readable. :P I KNOW! I've seen some writing that just makes me cringe... the MD I was under for the longest time had the absolute WORST handwriting... EVER! I couldn't read anything that man wrote! He always blamed the file clerks and nurses... No man, your handwriting is atrocious, that's all... :mad:

Jess knows I love her. It's only right for me to poke fun at her handwriting in her busy season at work and the fact I am a medical professional with beautiful handwriting. :D

I know right ... and she took time out to do that yesterday morning ;) I think she needs a break and a lil JD and Coke to recuperate :D

And a foot massage wouldn't hurt either would it Jessica ;)
