We have Starbucks in Russellville. I usually get a coffee on my way to Uni on Wednesdays. It is my weekly bliss served in a cup.

Yeah, it closed down due to GFC in 2008, damn HQ in Seattle decided that Canberra was one of the 600 stores to close down despite other cities still have them! The closest is in Sydney :(

i will check it out later on this week and take a picture of it.

My assume it is dirt stock car, but i am not sure what kind it is. Just drove by and saw it "For Sale", it caught my eyes.
 
Slowly but surely, we are getting our windows done. So far, we have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the living room completed. The new kitchen door is in. Tomorrow we are having the dining room and possible the kitchen done. After that, we will have a partial inspection done, then the 2nd bedroom, then the 3rd bedroom and the 2nd bath. Then final inspection. The man doing the work is also working on 3 other job sites at the same time, so he is here and there. We have no problem with the slowness. It allows for some deep cleaning to get done and doesn't over-stress my MIL.

Once the windows are done, we will getting the house repainted.
 
I am stress lots of hard work because best difficult best not easy! cause work out because worst, I have careful balance my time! I know reason careful! weird my stomach! that is why
