Shelly, you just have so much stress and obligations and not enough time which makes it hard on the immune system making you more susceptable to virus or other infection. As I don't have any good suggestion to change any of your life, just maybe keep eating fruits, washing hands good and sleep (the last one is almost impossible for all of us) I can have very busy day and when it comes to going to bed and Im really tired I will not go to sleep because I get bad anxiety and to many thoughts going through my head You also have a lot of other things constantly worrying you which isn't healthy too. But keep up that working out- thats a great for you to do for the heart, circulatory system, and natural endorphins in the brain + plus you are looking great and your hard work is paying off!
Yea, I eat a lot of fruits, exercise, and all that. I have always gotten a flu during this time of the year. However, when I was not exercising and overweight, it would take me a week or so to recover. Now, I am already feeling better..tired but a whole lot better than I was this am.
