What a hard workout I had. Every Wednesdays (if I can) I swim 50 laps in the local pool. Well, there was a high school swim team doing their practice and I swear with around 30 kids doing fast-paced laps, the water becomes like an ocean on a very windy day. I had to swim against the "current" and waves making my exercise very very hard. I couldnt get myself into a pace with my laps because the "waves" kept crashing into my face whenever I take my breath leaving me gasping. Now, my body feels like it has been through the wringer...oh man! I cant wait until their swimming season is done!

Suck it up, and once they're done, you'll be much faster and find that you will be able to do more laps. It's just something to look forward to ;)

True...just dont like working THAT hard after a hard day at work. LOL!

Loghead, studying is all part of what pays off at the end. I am using my mobile to post bec I started school myself rarely have time to post here as much as I like. I loving medical assistant school, its going by so quickly! I learned how to do injections tonight, scared out of my wits to insert the needle on three different students and three different types of shots.

Jiro.. I think I would agree with you on the comment about PFH being disgusting.. I dont know what the heck PFH been smoking but man that dude needs to chill out and show some restrain on some issues..but oh well...
