Should I be assuming that I got the job? :confused: She didn't actually say "you're hired", I never got an interview, and she said "applicants". It's certainly strange.

I applied for a position at a local tourist attraction. That's what I thought... but I'm not completely sure. I don't want to jump to conclusions and make myself think that something's happening that isn't.

I felt energized after my treadmill workout this morning and didnt feel tired at all today except for my headache making me yawn. :)
 
Still feeling tired. My cat is lucky he can sleep just like that anytime, anywhere.

Bidding on bargain jewellery and looking at great bargains in childrenwear.

Now I should be equipped with b'day presents and xmas pressies for my nieces and nephews for the next two years. Hehe.

It's getting late and 4am comes early. At least I can go back to bed, but it still makes me tired.

When she saw it, she was shocked. She was shocked at the fact that I had waited so long for an appointment because of how bad it was. She just trimmed down the sides of the molds. All I have to do is keep my hearing aids out (when I'm at home) and put Polysporin in my ears. I hope it works, because my ears have been in quite a lot of pain.

I'm glad it wasn't MAJOR serious. I know the pain is a b**ch, but at least it will get better. My kids had to have their ear molds redone 3 times before they were right.

Thanks! I am glad too. When she first saw my ears she thought maybe I was allergic to the material.

3 times!?! Wow, that's ridiculous! This is the first time I've ever had to have mine fixed. When my ears first started hurting a week after I got my new hearing aids, I thought that they were just starting to fit in. But, after the pain got worse and worse (to the point where they bled when I took my hearing aids out), I got an appointment. I'm glad I did.
 
Got an email from the instructor to my ASL class. It seems that the registration went better than anticipated and they are having to add another night for the class. I may not start now until Wednesday the 27th now. Not a problem - At least I still get a place.

kristina and jiro keeps us posted about your ASL classes. I love to hear about it. of course i want to know if your both teachers are deaf or not and a few background histories of their experiences too. im a nosey girl. ;)

My instructor is hoh and wears HA's. He works for the Hearing Wellness Center in Delray Beach and is the ASL instructor for both the Delray Beach and West Palm Beach locations. He as deaf family and is a member of our local Palm Beach County Association of the Deaf. Other than that I don't know yet. Will keep you posted.

what a weekend. Clerc Classic X. being a sick with fever. today's JV basketball game.

jeez. I hope my assistant coach can handle today's game and tomorrow. I pray that my assistant coach will do good job.

Last time, i let her to acting head coach while i was sick. Our JV girls team lost badly to one team 44-11. They smoked us up. Last time, that team, we played against them: 34-30. I dont get it. Wondering what have her done with team.

I hope today and tomorrow is better for her. I hope that she learn from me the best. Jeez.
 
Got confirmation - my ASL class starts Wednesday the 27th now. they had 68 people register and they have gone to 3 nights for West Palm Beach and 2 nights for Delray Beach. That's a lot of people at $75 a person.
