Certain employers do a comprehensive background check where they check myspace.com, facebook.com, any public internet domain.

What the employers are looking for is to see if the potential employee is of good moral character.

Usually it's the law firms, state government, and feds that would do this.

I've done this before on people where I check the internet--especially facebook, myspace, etc.
