A quick question to those who are most likely to know best..

The Nightmare Before Christmas, 2 disc collector's edition..

Is that CC? I read the entire page from top to bottom, and it isn't mentioned, and I can't get a close enough zoom on the picture of the cover to read it.

Thanks :)

I wants it! .. but I'm afraid I'm not very skilled at lip reading stop animation puppets

do any of you have suggestions for soothing a raw, sore throat?

Tea with honey and lemon will help. At first it is not noticeable but it does work. Drinking lots of fluids like apple juice works. Avoid citric juices, sodas and milk products for the first few days.

Citric acid really stings the rawness of your throat. You definitely do not need any sodas. Any milk/dairy products needs to be avoided because they encourage mucus growth.

mrs. bucket,

thanks so much for answering my question. tactile smile! :)

unfortunately, i don't like tea or apple juice. (they both make me extremely nauseous.) do you have any other suggestions because i'm desperate for some relief right now.

I like Ricola Brand cough drops, cherry flavor.
They always help me when I have throat irritations, I think it's the herbs in it, like elder, horehound, hyssop, linden flowers, mallow and more.

Slippery Elm is soothing and licorice too. I think there is a tea called "Throat Coat" that is good, has those things in it.

i can't stand the taste of licorice either. :(

however, i think i'll give the ricola cough drops a try. perhaps that will also help to relieve my dry cough.

thanks! :)

So you don't mind if I describe my sister's sign for "honey" ? It's a big graphic.

Okay, with her primary hand she makes a 9 and and pops an invisible zit on her face while her secondary 5 hand joins it just at the pinky and the outside edge of her hand, then the sign finishes just like the sign for "vomit" except coming out of the popped zit instead of the mouth. When she does this, she smiles with an open mouth and her tongue sticking out with sort of a sick expression.

This is weird because she's always liked honey! Anyway, as a result, I don't know the real sign for honey. I have a dictionary about 5 feet away from where I sit, but I don't feel like looking it up.

Anyway, I'm wondering if agave would work, or does it have to be honey?

the sign for honey is made by taking the first two fingers of your dominant hand and brushing them back and forth from left to right against the chin.
