The Exorcism of Emily Rose

There's one other thing that I'm confused about, Remember how the Priest read her letter in court, how Emily stated that she heard a voice calling her name, she went outdoor, and her other spirit was talking to someone from above, while her other spirit of demons inside of her laying on the ground, Why did she decide to stay? That's what I'm confused about, does that mean if she stays the demons stays inside of her?

She was the one who experienced what it was like to feel, the pains, suffer, starvation by demons who controlled her, and everythin' she went through ... that is beyond my comprehend. I have noo idea why she choses to stay in her body and then, died. If, it happens to me, then, I would write a diary to tell everythin' from the day one for someone to understand what exactly happened to me - but, the priest only got her letters what he told in court. That was all he has. It would be an interestin' if, we investigate it some more through history or her life story somewhere in the book ? :dunno:

As for me, I don't believe in Virgin Mary the way she saw when she left the body on the ground. I remember the bible tells about the devil could change into an angel to fool people thinkin' that it was really an angel.... it's called " wolf in the sheep ". I don't trust demons' schemes. That is what caused the faith shakin'. A Christian person who has a very strong faith can stand facin' the demons without fear. Not many of them can face that easy. That's what Jesus is tryin' to teach people about " faith " without doubt when it comes to face the demons. Trust in Jesus and He will be there to be with you as always. I don't know what exactly happened to Emily Rose's mind/heart when she faced the demons. I know one thing for sure - she has her fear. She was confused, and her heart was full of doubt.

Amen CyberRed, You're correct about fears, Demons likes it when people are in fear, We gotta be strong and don't let the demons see us being in fears. All it takes in believing that Jesus would save them. ;)

Jesus Christ does not save demons. The demons are banished from Heaven forever , the demons are called fallen angels.

Jesus Christ saves people here like you , me and another people. That is if people are willing to answer Jesus Christ and obey God to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior. Hope this helps :) :thumb:

Be sure to have someone with you if, your plannin' to watch it at night. To feel safe : Watch it durin' the day. lol If, you don't have someone to be with you to watch it at night -- be sure to lock alllll doors. That movie is more scarier than the movie " The Exorcist " ( sp ?? ), played by Linda Blair.

The full title of that movie is " The Exorcism of Emily Rose " if, your plannin' to look for one in your local area. Good luck ! :)

Her spirit left her body and saw someone alike this mother mary because it is comfy for her to know someone instead of being afraid. She made a choice to stay so she went back into her own physcial body. And she wrote that letter and gave it to her priest with her experience. Next time she made a choice to die, she died. It had nothting to do with demons for one I do not believe she was possessed by the demons but she possessed by unknown power within herself that she unleashed without any proper training or understanding. I know I went thru this before.

She had eplisey. not possessesd by the demons, she did all those unconsious (mispelling) by doing this without her know or understand how she did those things alike make objects move. U already know it is written in the bible, we shall not mess around with it.

I think we need a break here. Jazzy, with your powers, could you give me this Saturday's lottery numbers? LOL! *Tousi running away* No hate mail please!

I was attacked by unseen force then realized it was all come from within me. I did this to myself. That is how I knew emily rose was not being possessed by those demons, she already had some demons inside her which we all do have, dark side of self. Only healing power come from God itself which u know Jesus Christ. I researched and found out that I may had some mild siezures which speak all of those stranges things happened to me. I only can think how it happened to me when I first started see a ghostly or more alike a guardian angel at age 5 or 6. I used to chase him around the house for few years. I used to wake up inthe middle of night feeling someone touch me till few years ago I told no more and it has stopped since then. I had bad accident at 4 years old, when a boy pulled a wagon with me sit in it. The wagon fell and I hit the cement so hard with my head. I had conscoious, sick for few days and threw up. I slept alot. Big lump and scab on my forehead. That was when those things start come to me. I knew we are not alone and not afraid of them. So when I watch any movie alike this emily rose, then I understood her and where she came from. People simple don't understand and believed those are demons. I simple don't believe the stories alike that because no one know for sure except create fears. I knew we are capable of creating powers but God is not allow this to any of us. I have seen His work on me many time because of this. He did to help me and stop me from doing any of them. I fear God more than anything.

Is NOT True

It was NOT a true story, yet another misguided film preying on faith and ambivalence, hence egnostic Erin Bruner. How do I know? I did research...Emily Rose did not herself exist. It was loosely based on a very sick and mentally ill girl in Germany named Anneliese, (last name escapes me). She died because of her illnesses not a posession, though she believed she was posessed. She, herself, being of ill health, inflicted wounds upon herself and deprived herself of food. She in fact was not posessed. There were loose truth to this story, but no real Emily Rose...no real posession here. I am a recently restored and still struggling person of personal faith...still searching for God myself because of ALOT of struggles in my life...and I too believed it was true when I watched it; I was not scared though extremely intruiged...for reasons I shall not mention...though the movie was brilliant in how Jennifer Carpenter acted as Emily Rose...and how it was a bit grabbing at ya for your own egnostics...which was also smart...I was thoroughly disappointed, maybe because I feel stupid for letting my own needs cloud my judgement (if you watch you will see)...and for the fact I made a friend watch it because I wanted her to feel as strongly as I did, and still do about it's message. I am disappointed that Hollywood would stoop so low, but Hollywood would do things (if you know what I mean) that destroy it's soul merely to make a buck. Sheesh. Disppointed...but the other part of me is enthralled and loved the "horror", if you will, part of it. Though I thought Jennifer Carpenter was weird looking enough to play that part!  Overall? :dunno:
