I saw this movie last night. Very sad. It did not scare me at all.


I do not believe she was possessed by the demon. she must have unleash unknown within herself to cause those supernatural. I am glad priest goes free from this.
 
I saw it last week and I thought it was quite creepy. A bit scarier than 'The Excorist' with Linda Blair.

That's debatable. The prosecutor actually proved that Emily Rose did know all the six languages from her previous religious studies.
it is quite possible that while no one ever heard her speaking those languages before, she could have know them well enough to be able to speak them.

Also, don't be so sure about this "Jesus in your heart" theory.
This is not a sure fire protection from evil. Evil thing happens to the most religious and devoted people, like Emily, and including born again Christians.
You may have Jesus in your heart, but the body is up for grabs...

That makes sense, If I think about it for one moment, remembering how Satan tempted Jesus in the wilderness and Eve in the garden of eden.
 
This movie was great. I give it like 10 thumbs up. It is definatly one of the better horror movies they have put out in the past couple of years. Some of them are soooooooooooo lame!!

Scary or not, the movie was pretty good considering the main objective which was revealed towards the end of the movie...heck, I'll give it a thumbs up as well-- :D
 
I watched the movie of Emily Rose earlier today on pay per view, It was very good movie, In fact I felt so sorry for Emily Rose too. She been through hell with demons being held inside of her and controling her. :(

What freaked me out the most about the priest, his friend and his lawyer all got this 3 am verison. I had no idea that the Priest's friend who didn't appeared in court to take the stand to tell his story died, I think he freaked out because the demons were bothering him. But, the priest's lawyer didn't give up, no matter how the demons were trying to scare her at 3 am.

Let me get this straight, Did Emily died in the results of the demons being drawn out of her body?

The demons didn't leave her body at all because it was too powerful, there were more than just one demon in her body....Remember Demons wouldn't let her eat, the only thing she could eat was spiders or anything that was found in the house....She became too weak to the point she couldn't fight it anymore....

Oh no the demons may still be in her body when she died, but her spirit is in heaven....

It's hard to tell it, because of what she went through. Some would think she went to hell and some don't. I didn't want to judge on that part. It's between her and God.

As for me, I know the answer and that's for me to know. I didn't want people to judge or criticize for one person's belief.
 
Yeah but she didn't do anything bad to make her send to hell, she already accept Jesus in her heart, and the demons were the one making her do the bad things....So the way it looks like to me is that her spirit went to heaven....


And that what I believe....And it don't bother me what others thinks, they can think all they want, I'm just saying how I see it....
 
That's fine. It's YOUR belief. Every person is different from their point of view/ opinion....

Yes, I understand. It just I felt sorry for her cuz she never asked for this to happen to her, and what happened to her could happen to anyone. It's a scary thought too.

Oh yeah I know it is very scary thought. It's how the devil likes to see people's fear and lose their faith, because of what it did to that girl. The devil likes to confused people by waverin' their faith. I feel sorry for her family, because they don't know what to do. They tried to find a way to help that girl from bein' suffer and pains. The priest don't know what to do, either.

Oh, I also have another account about someone that I love so much, but I don't want to tell it about someone. I was upset about it - just learned about somethin' from last week. One of these days, I will make a thread about someone that I love dearly.
