Probably not.

Give us a link of any country that has sent aid to USA. I'm curious. I would like to see if there is one.
What?! Germany didn't help us?!
Why " " ?
Maybe because she knows it'll be hard to find??
Wrong
Oh one more thing, why do we borrow Canada's firefighter planes to fight fire battle here in west so many time? Why cant we just buy it and keep them here?

Because I am speechless over your comments.
Why should I provide the links for you when you forget very quickly what and how many foreign countries around the world offer their support to America in the past when it´s not just Katrina. I Jiro123, Wokamuka and KarissaMann05 for remember that America is not just only one but many countries around the world as well.
U forgot something about us Americans, we are damn too proud to ask for their help from other countries. We have everything we have on our own and we do not need their help. This is American way, Pride is thier way of saying no thanks. Quit point fingers against other countries.

Well, I can tell you that Canada helped the USA out big time on 9/11. Especially with the airplanes being stuck in the air for hours before they were cleared for landing in Canada since FAA shut down all of the airports across the USA. Then thousands and thousands of Canadians drove to the airports to offer everybody places to stay at until they were able to go back home.
Then after that, a large amount of money were collected in Canada and sent to Red Cross and some other organizations.
We also sent money, clothes, equipments and more to the Katrina victims. Not only to mention that we also sent some of our humane society officers to rescue the dogs, cats and more pets, bringing some of them back home here since they were unclaimed.
Seems like some of us do give a hoot.
