you and I have a different perspective

my opinion:

-watching the deadly images would/would not hurt someone (temptation from that picture)

-soliciting a minor would/would not hurt someone (only if that girl never reply him back)

There are so many different possibilities.
 
baiting or not.... people knows the laws. steelx, and others refuse to do anything to her because they r not sick pervert... they refuse to get in trouble and i respect them. Bucky grabbed that as an oppunerity and he did not even bother to say NO! so buckys wrong here and that girl who flirts with older men does not understand the seriousness of her action and i believe she knows now.


if a 14 yrs old boy were flirting with me and wanting to do stuff and meeting me in real life. i will not do it. i refuse even to wait for him because i know i will get in trouble and i will lose any respect for doing so. people can test me all they want but i wont get in trouble because i know laws and i will follow them unlike few people i know.
 
Almost none of members are minor on my buddies list except for few members on MSN that one is from Chicago and other two is from Toronto but... one from Chicago isn't longer to minor anymore after 18th birthday.

I know Buckie is wrong here, But baiting him is wrong too, If you guys think that getting revenge is the answer then that show immaturity on your part or anyone who is involved with this plan. This girl could get raped, or even worst murder, even if it's not from Buckie, It could be from another older man. So we should focus our attention on this 14 years old girl before her own life ends.
 
I've already PMed Alex about the kid who PMed me so he should be able to explain the safety to her...anyone else who got PMs from minors should testify that to Alex immediately if we want AD to be a more comfortable and safe place to visit online.

I knew there is serious problem weeks ago! I already smelled that rat, and warned one of mod. I was surprised it took THAT long to get rid of this rat! I do not want this rat to be around here ever again! It is not that I wanted to start trouble. I just want to get rid of the rat, that is all I care (I care about the safety of kids, as I got my own kid and I understand what it is like to be good parent).
 
Oh blimey ! am glad it all has clear up. yet all not to be safe yet maybe there are more not only bucky... so hopefully he will be look for by the polices to get him arrest because he is dangerous to the young girls .. very sick mind he got there ...

I always protect my kids when they use online i does can check it after they done use it ... to make sure they didn't done anything to hiding from me ... the world are not to be safe anymore as look at Amish country...

Wow, Alex, good job!! But u said BD is permantley banned and why is his avator still there also his register name 'thats me in the morning'? I tho should be it said 'Banned' and his avator should be disappread?? I am lil confused now... Now, Steve/BD went to Midwest fourm and already banned? Wow, that so fast!!

Yes you brought a good point about teen porn. between 18 and 20 years old (I would consider 20 years old part of teenager). Accord US law, it's legal for adults to look at teen. porn. It's not sex crime or Rape Statutory, Right?

Sure, I consider him as a pedophile because he is 45 years old who look at young teenage bodies to satisfy himself but it's legal to US law. For me, he acts like immaturity childish himself. He talks nothing but real a lot. The problem is his public talk about teen. stuffs scare all parents off because they have children.

I learn from SpiceHD forum that 14 years old AD member felt being bother by him via PM. It's illegal what he did is stalk her but from reading this thread here that he claimed that she want to talk him... ? He is not only one... see the example about Steel's post... ? That's why I thank Taylor for brought this thread here to my attention. You made a good point here about 18 and 19 years old... which legal to US law. To me, he is a sick man and need a proffesional help.

Well, he can go other country where there're no Statutory Rape law if he like to but the parents CAN cop him to crime for sex peverts/stalking to their children then the law take care of. The law will stamp him as sexual predator. :cool: Where Asian countries have no law like European and other countries. German law is very strict about preverts's visit plan to Thailand... European governments send their people to Thailand to watch them... Many people from different countries are being arrest there for sex with child.

Yes I'm agree with you on this that's why I do not take his posts serious. Give him tips/advice is okay. Yes he need a professional help... I can tell from his posts that he is a sick man.
 
I would like to address some of the comments made about 'setting him up'. First, there was no set up on my part or from any police agencies. Was the girl talking to him? Yes. Did she make contact with other members here too? Probably as I know she has friends here.

It was her and her guardian that initially contacted me about it. I then went to my supervisor and explained the situation. I also explained some of the past interaction that I've had with Steve. Then, detectives were notified of all of the involved agencies as this involves 3 different jurisdictions.

ALL messages sent by her to him were reviewed, and it is something that I would not consider flirting (but I could be wrong). Then, a detective took over her account with her permission. The detective replied to him only when he contacted *her*. Messages were sent saying things like "Wanna Chat", etc. Repeatedly this detective told him that certain chat programs would not work (such as ICQ). He provided links to her to download various chat programs and kept telling her via PM and e-mail to get on with the chat.

In one message, steve requests pictures of her, etc. The detective replied again stating her age as 14 and that she was a "little girl". This does not sound like anyone setting Steve up. His reply to her was:

***** i really do like you..Youre the sexiest looking
girl i ever saw.One of these days why we ever do date
im gonna winding up tell you that i love you.You cant
be scared not putting up nude pics of you if you claim
youre not a little girl So give them to me.And ill
prove to you im a man and im willing to meet you in
person.

Steve provided a list of hotels and *she* picked one and he agreed to meet her there and then pay her the money for the cost of the hotel room.

All of this was filed in the Maryland court system. A court commissioner agreed with the "Application for Statement of Charges" and found probable cause existed and that a crime did infact take place. To top it off, Alex apparently told steve to not contact this girl at all. A protection order was also filed on her behalf to keep him away from her. She has received 3 messages from him already tonight regarding this thread. Whats scary to me is he is STILL claiming that they can meet each other and that they can meet "once taylor is out of the way". After all this, he is still going after her.

Where you get information? This information is NOT true! It is downright illegal to have child porn around here! last summer, James comfort was arrested for possession of photos on child porn, then later discovered he was having fun with these girls, this adds up to his sentence. Now he has to serve minimum of 50 years in jail! That is maximum allowable by law. He could have recieve much more time, but because law limits to 50 years, no matter how many counts.

Researchers shows that those kinds of people who gets treatments have very little success rate! Almost NONE!

I think this loseRS needs to be banned forever. because he had too many chances, and I see these mod being too lenient (Sorry mods, for being blunt). I hope they learn that being lenient isn't always the answer to the problem.

Here is perfect example, if a starved mouse begged for cookie. If this mouse didn't get the cookie, this mouse will move out and look elsewhere... BUT if it recieve cookies, then this mouse would ask for milk! Same concept, if we let them in, then they will ask for more! So, it is best to stop there than let it grow to bigger problem.
