In case, If he does rape on my future daughter then would recommended for him to get punishment by death row "capital punishment".

If she get abortion, that kill babies and equal for him to sentenced into death row, that equal for me.

Death row is legal in USA but some states abolish the death row.

Sorry, Ginger. It's not you. It was just something obscene about the way he was using it. I associated it with him; not you.

Okay, Pac. Lets not get carried away here. If he's found guilty, Buck deserves to do hard time , but solicitation in no way carries the death penalty.

No one will be mad at you. Everyone knows you are a good person already so no matter if you want to use that avatar, everyone will like it because it's YOURS....not Buckdodger's...Ok? :hug:

For those that have asked (Maryland Law that is applicable here):

§ 3-324. Sexual solicitation of minor.
(a) "Solicit" defined.- In this section, "solicit" means to command, authorize, urge, entice, request, or advise a person by any means, including:
(1) in person;
(2) through an agent or agency;
(3) over the telephone;
(4) through any print medium;
(5) by mail;
(6) by computer or Internet; or
(7) by any other electronic means.
(b) Prohibited.- A person may not, with the intent to commit a violation of § 3-304, § 3-306, or § 3-307 of this subtitle, knowingly solicit a minor, or a law enforcement officer posing as a minor, to engage in activities that would be unlawful for the person to engage in under § 3-304, § 3-306, or § 3-307 of this subtitle.

(c) Jurisdiction.- A violation of this section is considered to be committed in the State for purposes of determining jurisdiction if the solicitation:
(1) originated in the State; or
(2) is received in the State.
(d) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $25,000 or both.

3-307. Sexual offense in the third degree.
(a) Prohibited.- A person may not:
(1) (i) engage in sexual contact with another without the consent of the other; and
(ii) 1. employ or display a dangerous weapon, or a physical object that the victim reasonably believes is a dangerous weapon;
2. suffocate, strangle, disfigure, or inflict serious physical injury on the victim or another in the course of committing the crime;
3. threaten, or place the victim in fear, that the victim, or an individual known to the victim, imminently will be subject to death, suffocation, strangulation, disfigurement, serious physical injury, or kidnapping; or
4. commit the crime while aided and abetted by another;
(2) engage in sexual contact with another if the victim is a mentally defective individual, a mentally incapacitated individual, or a physically helpless individual, and the person performing the act knows or reasonably should know the victim is a mentally defective individual, a mentally incapacitated individual, or a physically helpless individual;

(3) engage in sexual contact with another if the victim is under the age of 14 years, and the person performing the sexual contact is at least 4 years older than the victim;

(4) engage in a sexual act with another if the victim is 14 or 15 years old, and the person performing the sexual act is at least 21 years old; or

(5) engage in vaginal intercourse with another if the victim is 14 or 15 years old, and the person performing the act is at least 21 years old.

(b) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of the felony of sexual offense in the third degree and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years.

This is where our laws get confusing. The first part says it is illegal to solicit a minor with the intent to commit other crimes. I've bolded the portion that is applicable here. The first part states that even if there is no meeting, it was the intent to meet to commit the second part of the crime. My explanation sounds confusing. It is against the law to commit #4 and #5 (sex with the minor). The first part above says it is illegal to solicit a minor to do those things via electronic means.

You mentined three jurdisctions, does it mean Maryland, Flordia, and where the girl lives?

How can three of them work together, should it be federal crime since its in three different states?

I am very consfused since he lives in both Flordia and Maryland... Can you cleafity this up? Thanks! :ty:

All jurisdictions were within Maryland and all fall under Maryland Law.

Taylor is actually one of the VERY few cops that I actually have respect for. I wish there were more cops like Taylor.

:werd: I agree!!! My best frined is a retired state trooper, so I do have respect for cops... Its good to have cops here on the forum to help us as well. Altough I don't know Lilly's dad but I am sure he is doing well job....

people keep saying that i set him up and i did not. people keep saying that taylor set him and he didnt. taylor did not know about it until i told him. taylor then had other police come to investigate too so it wasnt all taylor. i like friends with people and was not trying to have sex with anyone. i have had sex before and with men older than me but not 43. that is old enough to be my dad.

People are saying they do not like me now because i caused steve problems. it is crystal clear that i am hated by some people because of it. i am grateful to the friends i made here but i will not stay where i am not welcomed. if i am member here for 10 years, this whole thing will be big black cloud over me. everyone will always have doubt about me even years from now. steve keeps sending me messages to tell alex to let him back in. maybe alex should let him back in and everyone just watch him. then dont let people under 18 here so he can meet whoever he wants that is adult and none of this ever has to happen again.

i am sorry that steve got in so much trouble. when he started saying about sex with me i got scared and got help and then police talked. i did not want steve or taylor or anyone else to get into trouble. i just did not want sex with old man like him. im sorry too for everyone here having to go through this. i know nothing like this has happened at alldeaf before and im sorry for causing it. i want to stay but even if everyone here were my friend the black cloud would always be over me here. i dont see any other choices.

U do not need to blame yourself for this trouble. I am more furious at Steel X for telling u to talk to Steve in first place He had known what kind of person Steve is. He is to blame for making u a victim out of this whole time. We knew Steve enough to know that he is not right in his mind with us and you did not know. Next time my adivce for you, do not talk with any adult thru private pm or im, only your age group. U can come here and discuss this and this way we can keep eye on stuffs here. U do not need to be sorry Steve got in trouble, he needs to be stopped by do this. We have been thru this before with other stuffs with Steve and others too so we are well prepare for any of this kind of problem show up. I am sorry u had to pull in this kind of sick game by adults. Be more careful in future with them okay.
