I am feeling struggle with my little overweight.. Reasons.... Most of time that I am alone as single mom with two girls so I cannot exercise at nights or they will bother me> mom Mom Mom Mom

Morning... They re school.. but I have to clean up the house and care of animals.. also errand to do..


I am thinking and figure out how lose weight without my struggles!:hmm:

Have you tried making a schedule?

The easiest form of exercise is to take a walk outside. That shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to 1 hour of your time.

Set up a schedule so that you have 1 hour free to take a walk outside around the block.

When you feel relaxed, you will learn to manage more things easily... and find more time to exercise. :)
 
I am starting to eat more fruits now that summer is coming closer and drinking more water and less soda. I am working out at the gym to keep healthy:)

Ahhh I just got home from fitness today.. Surprised that Some i know who people at fitness were glad see me today ( I was join the member since Nov) :D I was on treadmill for 2 miles. I got sweat and red face :giggle:


Tomorrow i will trying on threadmill about 3 to 4 miles :fingersx:
 
That's what friends and/or neighbors are for.

I used to be a member of a health club, but I got tired of having to drive out there just to work out when I can work out at home for free. ;)
 
I am starting to get skinny around my waist...FINALLY!!!! Just need to tone up. My breasts are still too big making me look bigger. Ugh!!! :rl:

What's wrong with having big breasts? Breasts are what gives women their curves. You should appreciate them. ;)

I wanted to go to YMCA or some exercise club so i can
do a little exercise but gosh! they are so expensive!
Phooey!..i just go walking in the woods and down the
country roads instead...heh!
I dont know how people could afford to go to these
exercise places unless you are loaded with $$$$....geez.
Even with family packages, they are still expensive. :squint:
 
Lost 20 pounds so far..............but got some ways to go. Damn difficult job....just signed up for a weight challenge so I could motivate myself against fellow gals - 500.00 for the winner! Wish me luck! :fingersx:

Try contact to YMCA .. discount ? I am pay only $200. per year for member of YMCA :dunno2:

Good for you Phillips!

I lost two pant sizes (my pregnancy sizes) so I'm feeling much better. My weight is the same but I've lost inches. Weird.

That's because you are building more muscle mass hence your weight saying the same while inches are being lost. That is the right way to lose weight..maybe we shouldnt say lose weight but lose body fat percentage.
