They are trying to standardlize it to 325 insted of 500.

If they go down to 325, would it no longer be a prescription?

It still will be a prescription if it has hydrocodone in it. The opioid is what makes it controlled.
You can get Aceteminophen today over the counter in 500mg.

No because "narcotic" is keyword for prescription requirement.

You beat me.

For my answer, it will be still prescription required because of "narcotic" so regardless on how much doses of Acetaminophen.

Foxrac do you live in my timezone? We seem to be the few on AD at this time. I can never sleep due to my tinnitus but my little dog is fast asleep by my side. She looks at me like I am bothering her, she likes her sleep.

Its just the beginning. I have seen which is really much normal that many of charges will be dropped. Sometimes dropped to misdemeanor charges. Just watch, I am not saying that I am right or wrong but there will be surely charges that will be dropped, but not sure which one, and what would it lead to.

She plead not guilty.

Indictment does not mean guilty, just a notification of charge being pressed against presumed innocent.

We knew these were coming.

Usually, in felony cases, an indictment is handed down by a Grand Jury. But yes, that doesn't mean she is guilty yet. But it looks awfully bad. Doubt that a drug case on a college campus will result in dropped charges unless she enters a plea deal.

They are. That being said, I'm sure she will be vindicated.

:dunno: I guess we will see. I am sure the prosecutor checked to see if she had an Rx for these. They waited over 2 weeks to bring charges for those.

What a dumb girl. She just basically threw all that hard work down the drain. I doubt she will be graduating in May with this going on.

So. Not. Worth. It.

I see total of 5 or 7 charges, I mean they might drop to just two charges or nothing. I have seen happens all the time.
