You've (perhaps unintentionally) stepped into a mineland of politico. There are those who say "Somali" and there are those who say "Somaliland". You said, "Somali". Therefore, you denote a favoritism by use of one word.

Huh? with 21 innocent crew members from hijacked ship? I do not think Russia will let it happen because they want the crew alive and tanks & parts intact.

Welll they'll do diplomacy and everything else i suppose before they resort to military tactics but the truth remains is a bunch of idiotic somalian pirates arent getting a dime for doing what they did. A russian ship with tanks and whatever else. Yea, id say they bit off more than they can chew.

If you're confused when it comes to "Somaliland" vs "Somalia", it's not because of me. (Wikipedia does a good job of explaining "Somaliland") I've never called Somali people "Somaliland". If anybody is going to call Soliland a province, my point (being the arrogant ignorance when it comes to foreign countries and their social/political structure) is being proven repeatedly.

I know. What I meant is that radicals and moderates would end up killing with each other..... hopefully no innocents are involved in this dispute.
 
Being surrounded by warships from three different countries, they know their time is up. The international community has, definitely, taken notice. Perhaps some of the pirates know that while the others want to "fight to the end."
