Yes, I can tell that he tried to put money from my insurance in his pocket.

We got a letter from insurance company month later after happened inform us that they request an original bill from him. My hubby went to them. A guy´s dad (police officer) gave my hubby "unfriendly" impression and ask my hubby to leave because he is going to take care everything to deal with my insurance himself, not my hubby.. My hubby told him firm that a guy (his son) is an adult, he want to talk with, not him (his dad) but he told my hubby that his son is not in home... :ugh2: So my hubby informed my insurance straight way after his conversation with guy´s dad. My insurance told him to not worry and he don´t have go over guy´s house but my insurance... They take care everything to deal with guy & his Dad themselves... okay... I haven´t heard ever since now... :dunno:

Yes if the window were being damaged by weather, then insurance pay full for window replacement. You do not need to pay extra.

I do not agree with the cop about kidnapping issues...the cops were wrong to tell you this! Obviously, these cops were covering the guy's ass/reputation bec his dad is a cop! :ugh:

I would suggest for you and your friends who witnessed that Danny was kidnapped...report it to the governor...or the FBI...do not drop charges against this man! Dont give up hope and hope everything goes well...

Yes I would do the same as what Cheri suggest if I have no insurance. Why should I have 3 estimates when my insurance agrees to pay full...?

Yes, tempered-glass is very expensive that´s why he pick expensive one... :roll:
