Actually jillo, I thought that the risk of sexual assault was of stranger danger....like the child molester in the bushes vs. someone that the victim actually KNOWS (ie a teacher or a coach)
And I mean I think when you reduce the cases where it was something like a drunken fratboy sexually assaulting a girl at a party or a prosistutie being attacked by a client, true stranger danger is BEYOND rare. Thank god.

Nope. The vast majority of sexual assaults on children occur by a family member or close friend of the family. People think strangers are the danger, and that just makes it easier for the ones that actually committ the assaults to get away with it. Everyone is looking in the wrong place.

I readily agree, Jillio....(sexual assaults on children, the majority occur by family members)....

Still yet!...We need to keep an eagle eye out for offenders living close by, no one can say they will or will not re-offend....And I'm not taking any chances on that.....My boys are too precious to me and I would never forgive myself if I had continued to live in the house, knowing 2 sex offenders were living very close by (convicted and on parole) would have raped/molested them.

With so many sex offenders here in Duval and Clay Counties, it's a almost a daily occurance.

What if your daddy does that to your daughter? Or your cousin? Just asking. Most pedophiles are close male relatives like fathers/brothers.

What if?...It's happened within my own family!...And I'm hesitant to say what was done to him on this forum!....

But I will say this, if my father raped/molested one of my kids, it would be the last kid he would attack. Come hell or high water, I would make him pay...big time!

Yeah, just shoot 'em all. And then we will line up all the people who chose to remain ignorant and shoot them, too. There is no cure for them, either, and they create many problems for society.:cool2:
