Christians still sin and I'm skeptical about Christians being better than others in morals and behaviors if the likes of Republicans and the Tea partiers are any example to judge by.
I've always thought asking Jesus to excuse your sins is a way of avoiding any responsibly for the consequences of your actions. Perhaps it's time to stop dicussing this in a religious context as we aren't allowed to discuss that.
For the record, I don't think she did anything wrong though she should have thought about the consequences of what she did.
The point of asking Jesus for forgiveness is to be forgiven and not to do it anymore. People who continue doing those actions, completely take advantage of God's grace.
Oh, is talking about religion forbidden on this site?
for politicians? nope!
Please do not confuse politicians with "regular folks". Don't be naive.
So, they aren't regular people? So they come from some other planet or are some other species? Do they bleed yellow or purple blood? They have the same bodily functions as everyone else, so they are regular folks. Is that what you're saying? Stop trying to discredit or degrade me.
I guess beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.
I might want to warn you that you are about to get into a discussion of what Black men fatasize about with someone that no doubt knows a bit more about it than you.
And, just because someone dates a 300 pound woman doesn't mean, in any way, shape or form, that is also what he fantisizes about!
OK... warn me???? Are the Surgeon General now? lol So are you saying you have experience dating a 300 pound white woman? Wow Jillio, you really are wild! lol
Again - you're confusing my parents with Sarah Palin. My parents are not politicians nor pushing for agenda that they believe is right for all. Sarah Palin is doing that and she is a failure.
Sarah Palin pushed for Abstinence-only Program... how's that coming?
Sarah Palin preached about "good ole' conservative Christian value"... how's that coming?
I don't need to answer your question because this is about Sarah Palin dictating everything for us... my parents are not pushing their belief into anybody else. You are deeply confusing yourself and you must be very naive to believe that politicians are just like us regular folks.
Im not confused. I know that your parents aren't Palin, unless you have something to share? I think its so funny that you won't answer the question. What do you have to hide Jiro?.... You can tell little ol' me. Obama keeps imposing things on us but I don't see you having a problem with it. Law makers impose ideas on us but why do I have to accept it? Just because someone imposes something doesn't make it law. She has an idea but will it go through, most likely not. People have to want/ choose to be abstinent. Since you don't think her "law" is good or fair, was it good or fair for whites to impose segregation on blacks? I bet you would say yes.
that's all? She's just pretty? What about her political and moral belief? Is it pretty too?
As far as political and moral beliefs, her heart is in the right place. I just don't believe in making people do what I want. The way she's going about things is off. God gives all of us a choice. Just like abstinance thing. I don't believe anyone should tell me i'm wrong for not participating in sex or whatever, and I don't tell anyone they're wrong for doing so. I also don't judge another for living that lifestyle. History has shown that when people are trapped and told what they can't do, they continue to and do it even more. Prohibition was a great example of it. Both Palin and I are Christians, but she is religious. Religious people have a disconnected way of thinking. They believe that they are better or infallible; I don't. I also don't think lowly of others like religious people do. So, don't get those two mixed up. Honestly, I think Palin is a cool chick. I don't hate or dislike her; just like Obama. I'm not a fan but I respect him.
