When a person signs a contract, it's the conditions of the contract that matter, not "feelings". It doesn't matter what the parties "feel", or what you or I "feel". Feelings don't change facts.I think you still can't get it. The soliders themselves feel being betray by Government thru sign the contract... I would advise soliders to not sign the contract yet until their lawyer or legal adviser examine their contract first before let them to sign...
If someone wants a lawyer to read the contract first I have no problem with that.
