That I still can't get the wine stain out of my carpet! Need to keep working on it some more.
Wonder if it would help if she woke up after 8 or 9 hours and just take a nap in afternoon instead?
I always thought a person benefits if they hit rem. But if oversleeping can it really help? I'm not a Dr. Just wondered.
That a really "wow"....16 hours??....I can barely manage to get 7 hours...guess ur wife doesn't work or have kids?....

I've tried getting her to do sleep & nap thing, but it seems to only create more crankiness with her. And I've explained it to her Dr. and her Dr. has suggested she do various things, but she's resisting it for the most part. And I'm having trouble keeping her motivated, b/c it's taking a frustrating toll on me to do so.
Well, to be quite honest, I've lost track of how long she's been doing this - I'd say in the years category now. She usually resists going to the Dr making various excuses, and then minimizes things while explaining it to the Dr. I've had to resort to going in with her to make sure the Dr. gets all the info. To say the least, it's been trying for me.
