Random Vents.....

Rnd vent of the day - Wish the wife didn't insist on going to sleep at 10pm at night and sleep until 2pm the following day. It's so bloody frustrating getting things done *outside* the apartment! :pissed:

Did I misunderstand or are you saying she wants to sleep 16 hours???!!

I wondered at that too, and thought she must be sick.

I do that once in a while, but not often. Just times when I really need the sleep after doing so, so much beforehand.

I remember once, my family almost loaded me up to go to the ER since I slept for 38 hours straight. Mother decided to call Dr first and he said to leave me to wake normally, then bring me in for a check up. Everything was normal, just I was overtired and over stressed with dealing with school and my hearing loss.

Nope. That's her normal sleeping schedule... *sigh*

Wonder if it would help if she woke up after 8 or 9 hours and just take a nap in afternoon instead?
I always thought a person benefits if they hit rem. But if oversleeping can it really help? I'm not a Dr. Just wondered.

That a really "wow"....16 hours??....I can barely manage to get 7 hours...guess ur wife doesn't work or have kids?....

Grrr my cats are seriously spazzed out. they won't stop running around and jumping all over the place.. it was distracting me from my schoolwork so i put them in another room and locked the door

how long has she been doing that?

Yea, it could be a lot of things. Depression, anemia, a virus, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc. A check up would be a good idea.

Anemia is what usually does it for me. When my iron gets low, I'll start sleeping better for a while but then I'm still exhausted. That's when I start eating more meats and taking iron supplements to get it back up. It usually takes about two weeks for it to get back to normal.

Wtf.. my friend is pissed at me for no apparent reason? I have no idea what I did wrong. I hate walking on eggshells :\
