Random Vents.....

I really do hope you are not with her when she does shop lift from stores...or you can be held as a accessory to the crime! At age 24, seems that she has been doing this for quite a while, and getting by with it...but sooner or later, she will get caught...and the embarrassment of going to Court and on her record for theft....

As hard as it may be, since she is your friend, I would distance myself from her because she is committing a crime....I despise thieves! And yeah, I would report it, even if it were someone in my family.

You would be doing her a favor to report it, as she might be able to get some help, as what she is doing doesn't get any better...it gets worse...and she will start stealing more expensive things. She is not to be trusted in your home or anybody else's....

when she asks me to go shopping with her, i'm definitely refusing. i don't want to get caught up in her mess.

she steals because she's a kleptomaniac..she always has the urge to steal "worthless" things. i think the reason she does this is because she feels something is missing in her life.

Yes....but that would not stop the calls. They can either go to a phone booth or use someone's else phone....even block me from seeing their number (using anoymous).....

An injunction means that "you mean business" and a court appearance, maybe even fines if they persist to do this. Sure, it's time consuming, but I'm not apt to change my number. Some people just enjoy being a pain in the azz!

That's too bad. I didn't realize they were THAT determined to get to you. I guess you will have to "kick their butt" in court to reciprocate being a pain in the azz to you!

It's been an on-going situation with that person. She causes a lot of drama with everyone. And I had asked her "politely" many times, please don't call me or my family again...But after a week or so, the calls begin again, then again....even hanging up does not deter her. Oh well....maybe a Court appearance might do the trick.

What is it?

Yep, a robotic vacuum. It's small, round, only a few inches high. You turn it on and it works over your floor (carpeting is not good) and vacuums. You can just let it run all on its own. It senses doors, stairs, etc.,

Hence the $200 price !!!

My random vent for today: I hate hiccups !! I have them now. :( I need somebody to come over to scare me. Of course if a spider should appear, that will do the trick immediately.

try drinking a glass of water. Not small sips but like nice long big sips. it works for my hiccups every time.

I should get one of those things!

Monster In-laws--just in time for the holidays!

I swear that planning our holidays is like the Middle East peace negotiations.

Thanks, shel. At the extended family holiday, I'll have my hearing aids out and my smart phone on.
