hallelujah! praise the lord! to convince me even further, can you find me at least 10 surviving preemies (with similar condition)? or even 5?

We can certainly find thousands that haven't.

Every case is different, kokonut. This baby wasn't Amilia Taylor. That's like saying just because one cancer patient survived another one will.

Certainly, every case is different. I never said just because one survived all others will. What I said is that with todays medical technology the odds of surviving becomes even greater. If there is a chance, there's a shot. Even if it means 1%. What guarantees a 0% chance of surviving is not to do anything at all.

I'd like to take you to the track!:laugh2:

kokonut, statistics don't speak to specific cases. We still don't know all of the medical history nor do we have the qualifications to make an informed decision. Unless you have a medical degree of some kind I don't know about?

yes. so can you find me any other 5 surviving preemies with similar condition and situation as Amilia Taylor?

Technology and knowledge continues to develop to help these incredible micro-preemies.

As in "similar condition" are you referring to similar age of gestation?

Find the cases, kokonut.

This generalized statement doesn't mean anything when you're looking at a specific case, especially one where you don't know all the medical details.

Ooh, yes. I remember that story.

Quite amazing story. :)

Okay, I want to say I apologetic for my lack of maturity, folks.

Can I have a hug?

I've already given out three cases with two that received care but the third one never did. Doctors never even bothered to look or even help. If the third case (G.B.) is what it says based on 1st hand accounts then surely it's a sad and tragic story of abuse and neglect.

Again we don't know the full story. We just don't.

EDIT: Thanks, Jiro! ^___^ And Souggy too.

Okay.

I am sure you know my POV on this link in the first post. I try it again now for my maturity's sake.

I'm sad for the mother because she seemingly may try to have a child. I don't like an idea of refusing the help for her son... But! I wonder, why not she can adopt a child if she really want to have a kid?

:hmm:

I want a hug, too! Hugs all the way around. :grouphug:
