Tekkmortal's "Have all desserts for one serving"

Get a huge bowl. If you can't find it a bathtub is fine.
1 box full of your grandma's oatmeal cookies
2 pies of your choice that were made by your aunts
50 chocolate cupcakes that were made by your mom
2 gallons of ice cream from your dad
Leftover of wedding cake from your friend's wedding
10 donuts from your brother or sister's coffee break.

Mix them together until thick and creamy. Then pour the mixture into your favorite dessert bowl. Enjoy!

Stir-Fried mixed vegetables with chopped salami

25g (1oz) butter
1 tablespoon cooking oil
600g packets frozen stir-fry mixed vegetables
50g German salami or cervelat, skinned & diced

Heat the butter & oil in a frying pan or wok & toss in the vegetables & salami. Stir-fry over a good heat for 3-4 mins until the vegetables are crisp but tender.

You can add chopped hamburger, ham or any cold meats whatever you taste if you don’t like salami…
I often use different meats to add the vegetables when I´m in hurry…

German Traditional cheesecake

This is just as good with a lyer of fruit under the cheesecake. Use canned plums, strawberries or apricots.

100g (4oz) butter
4 tablespoon sugar

4 teaspoon orange juice
2 teaspoon grated orange rind
4 large eggs (size 1 or 2), separated

Mix the butter & biscuit crumbs & press into the base of a 23 cm (9 in) loose-based cake tin.
Cream the butter & sugar until light & fluffy, beat in the quark, cream, orange juice & rind & egg yolks.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff & fold into the mixture.
Pour into the cake tin & bake at 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4 for about 1 ¼ hours until set & golden brown on the top.

You can make double ingredients if you have a big cake tin.

To boil blueberries & cherries´s juice from the can or glass with sugar & cinnamon, then add vanilla puddling powder (custard powder) to stir until they are creamy then add cherries & blueberries. Leave them until they are cold.

Start with pastry…
All dried mixture under eggs & butter knead to a smooth dough.
Roll out the pasty & press into the greasy base of 28cm cake bin, then pour cold pudding to spread the cake bin, then sprinkle overleft pastry on the top of cold pudding..(like crumble but rough, not too not finely).

Bake around 35 to 40 mins with 150oC electricity oven.

You can add any fruit whatever you like if you don´t like cherries, blueberries...

Egg-liqueur cake (Eierlikörkuchen)

3 teaspoon vanilla sugar
¼ litre egg-liqueur
¼ litre cooking oil
125g flour
125g cornflour
3 teaspoon baking powder

Sift the dried mixture then add eggs, liqueur & eggs under the mixture. Beat all together in once then pour into the cake tin & bake 150öC for around 50 mins.

Melt bar chocolate with 25g butter to brush all over the hot or cold ready cake.

If you don’t like egg-liqueur then use any juices whatever you like, also plain yoghurt, too… (super, I tell you).

Yep. I had time to "perfect" this recipe...

Ok this recipe serves 4... feel free to increase or decrease in any way you judge.

You will need 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes.
Dry sherry, cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chile paste, clove garlic, and ginger. Of course, substitutes are acceptable. I did not use ginger, chile paste (another type of chile product tho) or sesame oil (used soy oil instead). These weren't available to me before. But now I have seasame oil and stuff :)

Make marinade first:
1 teaspoon of dry sherry
1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch

Chop the meat into 1 inch cubes, and then put them in the bowl with the marinade... leave them there for half hour. I'd also prepare the sauce ingredients and mince garlic.

To make Sauce:
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (dark if possible)
1 tsp brown sugar (increase this dosage if you want a more creamy and sweet taste out of the sauce)
1/4 tsp chile paste - you probably could sub it for some mild to spicy sauce like tabasco.
1 to 2 Tablespoons of flour

When 30 mins for marinading is up, heat your wok and add 1 tsp of sesame oil in the wok.. throw in the minced garlic clove (and 1 slice of ginger that is minced) in addition to the sesame oil (or soy oil) in the wok. Let it heat until aromatic. Add chicken. Make sure the chicken is well cooked in the stir fry. Will change color also.

Make the meat circle the wok, so there's an empty space in the middle -- add the sauce into this empty space... mix well with chicken for another minute. Serves well with rice!

Leftover Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

That Tupperware bowl of leftover Kraft macaroni and cheese that nobody wants to eat.
A few Nathan’s hot dogs
Vegetable oil

Chop the hot dogs up into half inch pieces. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Dump in the leftover macaroni and the hot dog pieces. Fry for a few minutes, tossing with a spoon or spatula to keep things from burning. Fry until the macaroni starts to turn brown at the edges (this makes them really chewy). Salt and pepper to taste.

I’m not kidding—this is really good.

uhmm sounds like a good way to get rid of leftover mac n cheese LOL *makes a note to ask MizzDeaf if she would try that* :D

Hmmm, I have quite a few low fat recipes and some very deliciously yummy ones, once I find them, I'll post them. By the way, has anyone heard of a flourless chocolate cake? I have a recipe for it and I actually tried to make one, it tasted so rich but it was all soft and broken :/

Sounds cool! But it was lacking in some type of glue. Flour was the glue. Are there other substitutions for the "glue?" Whole wheat flour, maybe?
http://allrecipes.com/advice/coll/all/articles/145P1.asp - list of flour types
http://allrecipes.com/advice/coll/all/articles/147P1.asp - all about flour

I also have a sugar-free chocolate cake recipe that tastes great even with whole wheat flour or soy flour. You can even combine both.

This gonna sound crazy but its good! If you like flavored yogurt as i do, then
theres a new kind of yogurt that is low-fat,sugar free, low carb..the brand name is Blue Bunny "Carb Freedom" and guess what i do? I freeze them! my
favorites are strawberry and peach..its really good when frozen, its like ice
cream but lowfat, sugar free, and low carb! If you dont have Blue Bunny in your area, then try other brands and freeze them!

Liza, Good website over flour...

Interesting...
chicken with orange sound good... I will try it ...
