Actually you use very little oats for this.

Yep, worth it to visit DC, you won't spend a lot of your money in here, only if you stay at your friend's place, because of hotels cost aren't cheap, anyways reason I mention DC is cheap, because are so many museums in DC are free. Best time to visit DC is during the spring time around the Cherry Blossom festival - so many things to do, plus weather's usually warm/cool - great timing for DC tourists.
