Best time to visit DC is during the spring time around the Cherry Blossom festival - so many things to do, plus weather's usually warm/cool - great timing for DC tourists. DC is a horrible place to visit especially in the middle of the summer.

oh yes almost like a sauna.

but i LOVE IT there! i even love to sit outside of the little cafe on the street and watching people walking by. :cool2:

Yes, you got that right. :D It is called Capitol Hill Plaza, and this is where Pourhouse (PH) Bar is located at. Did you know that there's deaf social gathering at PH every wednesdays.

Oh, that's really nice. Is it a good area? How far for you to drive to that bar from Gallaudet? Was it difficult for you to find a space for your truck there?

Cool. Those buildings look much better except the tiny blue block is still the same, just change the color LOL. !! of course i missssssssssssed that area SO much. i used to live on east capitol and 11 street se, in front of the lincoln park. I totally forget what name for those bars that i used to go there a lot while i was in DC. No i didnt know that deaf social gathering at PH every wednesday since i dont live in DC anymore. It sure chanegs a lot since i left DC. :cry:

LOL i dont know about him and his car. I used to walk from gally to that PA ave SE a lot!! That area near capitol hill is not BAD!! thats MY OPINION. :shock:

I have been to D.C but I would love to go back there again. boy, it has been 10 years...(next month)

Me posing with Johnny Depp at Madame Tussaud's in DC last summer. *sigh* I'm afraid that's as close that i will ever get to him.
