Thanks Boult for the information, but I disagree with one person, If your wife didn't come home and there no bags that was packed how does that person know that his wife should have left? Don't make no sense. If he really cares about his wife and unborn child he would not contact his girlfriend the first place, He would have told her the truth and end the relationship. That would have showed that he is not guilty of murdering his wife. Of course I agree that guys do lie in a relationship.

And another thing Amber had mention that she not doing it for the money, She doing it for herself and for Laci.

I was thinking of Laci Peterson few nights ago. I said, why why Scott would murder her and his son. Scott should get a divorce him instead of murder them.

Right ! IMHO, Scott did NOT want
to pay alimony - child support etc
so he assumed that he might get away

Peterson's Death Penalty Decision Comes Today

Scott Peterson faces a life-or-death court hearing on Wednesday.

Peterson is scheduled to learn at his formal sentencing whether he'll face the death penalty. He was convicted in November in the deaths of his pregnant wife, Laci, and their unborn son. The jury that convicted him also recommended the death penalty.

The sentencing is scheduled for noon Eastern time.

But the judge will have other decisions to make on Wednesday, too.

On Monday, Peterson's lawyers filed a motion for a new trial, arguing that newly discovered evidence could have brought a different verdict.

Scott Peterson's attorneys accused prosecutors of withholding key evidence that a state prison inmate claimed to have information about Laci Peterson's disappearance. The inmate said he was told the pregnant schoolteacher had interrupted a burglary at a neighbor's home.

Peterson's attorneys claimed that information was buried in thousands of pages of documents. Prosecutors countered that the defense simply missed the details in its haste to take the case to trial.

WAKE UP!!! Men who are NOT GUILTY do not sell their missing wife's car, and dye their hair and grow a beard to change their appearance.
They do not try to sneak out of the country with $10,000 in a bag.

They wouldn't have an affair and make like your wife died the year before she actually disappeared to gain their mistress's pity, not showing any sorrow or remorse for the loss of their own son, keep calling their mistress with all kinds of lies!

Amber Frey had an alibi, she also had the good grace to turn herself in and tell her whole story to the authorities. Were she guilty, she would have tried to run and hid like Scott did.

There's plenty of time for that. Peterson won't be executed for some time to come. However, he would be one dumb fuck if he started giving details about the case now. He's better off keeping his damn mouth shut. The time to talk was before the death penalty was on the table. Not after.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Every day of his six-month murder trial, Scott Peterson marched into the courtroom with his head held high. He smiled at his family, took his seat and paid close attention, often whispering to his lawyers or taking notes.

Given a chance to defend himself in the murders of his pregnant wife Laci and their unborn son, the slick, handsome salesman with the megawatt smile had nothing to say.

His demeanor seemed to infuriate jurors and many trial watchers, who came to see Peterson as a manipulative, pathological liar with a grandiose sense of self and an inability to empathize.

Experts say this absence of emotion is the hallmark of a psychopath.
