We would wait and see in 2010, if democrats win to control the congress then it means Obama's job is more satisfied than you thought.
 The Democrats already have control of the Congress--they are the majority party in both the Senate and House.

It's obviously that you disagree because of right wing, buddies?
Where did that come from?

I only see the chart is a few percent drops.

It´s too early to say anything since Obama has been in the office for almost 6 months.

Have you read 3rd link "Obama Approval Compares Favorably to Prior Presidents" in my first post?

No. It's a 14% drop. That's quite considerable in terms of how much and within a 5 /12 month period when you have a rate drop of some 2% each month. It adds up over time. The thing is Obama's approval compares favorably to Clinton's approval *average* though his went up over time. But Clinton didn't have an economy like what Obama is experiencing. He also didn't request money that put the deficit at $1.8 trillion over the allocated budget amount. Two things going against Obama. And they want a second stimulus package already?

Down..down...down....just like the economy. Only thing that's going up are gas prices, taxes, and seeing the number of dictator pals (over those who want freedom) grow in his black book.

Approval ratings continue to drop. Now down to -8.

Where did that come from?

I means if democrat win to regain in congress then it means Americans are satisfied with Obama's job.

You stated that you are conservative, that's part of right wing, you know that.

The standard for broadcasters is to refer to the President as "President Last-Name" for the first reference, and then "Mr. Last-Name" or "the President" for subsequent references. If the news story is military related, they may refer to him as "Commander in Chief."

It is standard.... but watch and see. My mother is the one that pointed this at me...

It is mainly "Mr"

Regardless of the conversation.

No. It's a 14% drop.

Yes I know and already said that it´s a few drops.

The reason why Obama is doing.

Obama is doing his job is much high than Clinton because of Bush Admin.

Thing would be different if Bush Admin. didn´t ignore warning sign of fiancial crisis in 2006.

Someone will always have something to gripe about, regardless of who is the President.

I have noticed several people still call Obama "Mr. Obama" Instead of "President Obama". Even several newscaster. If you pay attention, it is what they call him. Weird....

yes i just notice that now after you mentioned. all i remember is obama. i dont remember if they mention prs. obama so far. thats interesting. i better pay attention to it if i remember.

It doesn't matter how many times they say "Mr." as long as they refer to him as "President" the first time. It has nothing to do with who is in office.

Um, 14% is not just a few "drops." It is a substantial drop.

Secondly, Bush *REPEATEDLY* warned Congress since 2002 through 2008 that something must be done on better oversight and control of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Congress ignored Bush' warnings. You better learn to check your history the next time.

Obama is doing his job is much high than Clinton because of Bush Admin.

How in the world can you make that kind of judgment that he's doing BETTER job than Clinton and Bush when he's only been in office for almost 6 months? Isn't that contradictory to your previous post?

hmmm... if we criticize Obama on his poor handling of economy, you say - "no it's too early to say anything...."
if we praise Obama on his "GREAT" handling of economy, you say - :applause:

hmmmm...... interesting..... :hmm:

not at all.

You stated that you are conservative, that's part of right wing, you know that.
not at all either. There are many conservative Democrats as well. I'm one of them too :cool2:

Good point.

If less than six months is too soon to criticize Obama, then it should also be too soon to praise him. Criticism and praise each require judgment, and if it takes more than six months for one, it should take more than six months for the other.

 I never said that Obama is better than Clinton. I really have no idea why you misquoted my post. Please re-read the whole thread more carefully before you quote my post or ask me for clarify if you are not sure about my post.

I said that Obama doing his job high than Clinton because of Bush Admin. which mean is Obama face huge mess, Bush Admin. cause than Clinton to George H.W. Bush Admin. What Bush Admin. did is mainly worst in the history, Obama is very brave to face the huge mess and working to clean Bush Admin´s mess.

 Sorry, you make no sense.

Of course we praise Obama if he handle economy great. What´s your point?

I do not see anything that I say Oh no, it´s too early to say anything if Obama handle eoncomy poorly.

I only said that it´s too early to say about Obama since the thread creator post the link over percent of presidential approval because he has been in the office for almost 6 months. I posted few links in my first post. Its about presidential approval.

I am sorry that I really have no idea why you confused percent of presidential approve with economy. :dunno2:

I'm not interested in your backpedaling and rewording. My previous response is still same to this "new" post.

I only correct your misinterpretation on my post. I only say that you should not jump too quick.

My post is about presidential approval where I posted links in my first post. It´s not my responsible that you misinterpreted my post.

Nobody expects Obama should working on to boost economy tomorrow, week or months because we know it takes few years time to boost economy but I thought you know that. I´m surprised that you say this because I thought you know that...

Anyway, what you think is not my problem.

Oh man, could you respect Liebling's personal views instead of attack on her so instantly, it wouldn't make to change her way since she's favor into left wing like other people got different views.

Yup, I do remember about in 90's, our economy were sour after Clinton sworn in office in 1993 but got better in mid 90's, probably 1995 or 1996.

light wing? what is that? seems like you like to label people xxxx-wing. I play left-wing in hockey. I eat hot-wing for lunch. I built X-wing model toy when I was a kid

perhaps she should respect our personal views for starter :hmm:
