My friend just told me that this morning at 6am when he went to vote, he saw a black woman in her 40's coming out of polling place in her tears. So did the black woman in her 80's. I think this is a remarkable journey especially for black people because just only a memory away (50 years ago)... they could not seat in the front of bus... and now they're voting for first black Presidential candidate ever.
I'm proud of this country and I'm proud to be part of this history. I hope Obama will leave a lasting impression at the end of his candidacy because inspiration is what we desperately need. We have been apathetic for too long. Obama - YOU BETTER NOT FUCK UP ON YOUR FIRST DAY!
