did I say pretend? I said some fell thru the crack and I'm quite aware of the issue but it's just grossly exaggerated. Everything is broken, duh? That's life.

And that is exactly what I am talking about. If you were not sticking your head in the sand and ignoring the facts, you would already see that it is not a matter of "some falling through the cracks", but is a widespread and comprehensive problem. It is not a gross exaggeration.

You are more than willing to send these young men off to an amoral war, but you are not willing to take it one step farther and provide them with the care they deserve for the injuries they sustained on your behalf.

me? nope. I'm not the President of the United States. Am I, people? I did not send them to wars. After all... they're the one who made choice to sign up to be soldiers. And exactly how am I going to take one step farther to provide them with the care? I'm not a politician so you're misplacing your anger and blame. I'm just an average Joe who supported them all the way and I donated supplies/money.

Since you're a "psychologist" or whatsoever... you're in field of helping people so you should be going beyond call and help them for free. Why are you wasting your time here, preaching your idealism? Go help our vets and millions of uninsured children!

unfortunately... not enough money to get into upper level income. If I remember correctly - I'm coughing up about 25% taxes. oh well!

I guess I'll just pull it out of my ass just for you - since I pay more tax than you... I think this obama's health care plan is unnecessary as it will cause me to pay MORE tax than now. I don't think I deserve to pay for your medicines. Fuck no! It's my hard-earned money. Stop wasting your time in AD and get a 3rd job. Get it yourself like everybody else... even me. I had to work long to pay for medications for my back, flu, and tension headache. Thanks god I made enough to pay for it and too bad you couldn't. Sucks to be you, huh? :roll:

Does one to have to be a current/former soldier to qualify being the President of USA?

I am sure qualified advisors with all kinds of experience and background are there for the President to help with any military-related decision if the President has no such experience. All we need is a President who is capable of making sound, intelligent decisions that unite the country and does great as one of the global leaders. I don't think USA needs a divisive President who is not capable of making balanced decisions.

Once again, jiro, you need to look farther than the end of your own nose.

And, quite obviously, you have not supported them all the way, as you are discounting the very difficulties they are facing when they return home by saying "Oh, its only a very few that have fallen through the cracks."
